Itachi is a genius in battle with insanely overwhelming one shot jutsus, do you really believe jiraiya can survive any of them? You are simply overrating Itachi and underrating Jiraiya. There is a reason Jiraiya is a SANNIN. Jiraiya wins High Diff with more years of experience as a shinobi in war
