From your list, I prefer Eminem and B.O.B
Since Bad Meets Evil and especially Lighters are among my favorites this year, my vote obviously goes to Eminem.
Kayne West and Drake didn't impress me much this year compared to before.
Oh and I don't agree that Lil' Wayne is amongst the worst rappers of 2011.

i know a rapper who is going to go mainstream the end of this year. He has been grinding all year. HIS NAME IS CHILDISH GAMBINO and he is my favorite rapper next to Kanye West. Also, you didn't include Wale or Big K.R.I.T.. But my favorite rappers of this year are KANYE WEST, CHILDISH GAMBINO, J.COLE, BIG SEAN, RICK ROSS, WALE, EMINEM, DRAKE, TYLER THE CREATOR, BIG KRIT and LUPE FIASCO!
