I think it is a quite interesting parallel. Notice here in the first link what is said:

It seems quite similar to Naruto's Yang power of breathing life into things.

Yeah it also connects with Sauske's moon seal representing Darkness and Corruption whereas the Sun seal of Naruto representing Light and life force.
