its currently the worst most overused most spammed uchiha jutsu and seems to have nothign to do with ocular ability. kishi could have given susano to any ninja and itd make sense. its such generic crap. it should be replaced with obito's kamui. that at least is eye based. its terrible for fights since it means the uchiha is immobile
