Why do people put a space before they do a full stop?

Example:
"I like Naruto but sometimes Kishimoto's writing is terrible ." < See that?

Do people think its cool?

I was joking before, but the actual reason is that, that happens when you type a certain way on Naruto base.

Some people do that when they make a 2 letter reply or something, and since you can't send a message that is less than 10 characters long, they spam the space button to fill up the missing characters.
