not really....
since toads can change proportions easily enough.
an example of this would be when jiraiya caught the two ninjas before facing pein... that toad looked like an inn at first but it became the size of a regular toad afterwards...
whos to say that the mountain toad couldn't expand the size of just his stomach.

That toad is Gamaken and it WAS summoned by Naruto when he arrived back in the destroyed konoha with those 2 other giant toads along with gamakichi and fukasaku and shima.

it has been shown that to fight a summoning always a summoning is used and gedo mazo is a major kind of summoning so most probably naruto will summon a toad to fight gedo mazo and i don't think anyone is there who can fight gedo mazo? do u all know any summoning can fight gedo mazo if u think then plz say the name

I don't think the frog belly, was an actual toad, but if it was it would've been dead because itachi's amaterasu went right through his stomach wall.
