The strongest person Enel could beat?

I have been wondering just how powerful Enel the "God" would be against like the 3 admirals or the warlords do you think he would blow them all away with lightning and haki ( Mantra) or would be just get wrecked by someone so high up.

He can't beat anyone with just Mantra. Everyone has Mantra. Even Coby. So depends on many levels IMO.

If he had Busushoku he would be boss

I can see the admirals since lava ice and light wouldn't be very vulnerable to lightning but why wouldnt he beat Hancock? And wouldn't strong enough lightning turn croc into glass?

Hancock has Busoshoku & Haoshoku Haki, add that to her Mero Mero No Mi.
She can defeat Enel.

I think Enel would be able to defeat Crocodile.

Croc > Enel. Why? Enel can't do shit to him because he's Logia but Croc might be able to suck all the life out of him? Then again I am not sure how Logia bodies work.

I would say its the other way around for croc and Enel, lightning doesn't have moisture in it and can produce extreme heat and a blast of lightning would turn crocs sand body into glass and shatter it.

And would Enel die from being made partly into stone by boa then shattered? Would he just reform if she didn't fully petrify him?

Anyway, then who do you he Could beat, is crocodile the strongest one?

Enel has the best ranged attacks in OP. El Thor spam anyone? Using that advantage, he could beat pretty much anyone not named Blackbeard. Haki? Yeah right, good luck utilizing that against someone bombarding you with lightning every second from far away.

Melee? Now that's where it gets tricky. From the Shichibukai I gather he can beat Moria, Crocodile, and to some extent Jinbe. In character he can't beat Boa, but bloodlusted he can take her. We don't know much about Doflamingo so I'm not gonna make anything about that. Kuma? He can take Kuma. One Thunderlance Tempo was all it took for a PX to weaken, and Kuma having the same armor as them spells the same. Assuming Mihawk doesn't have Haki (maybe he can cut things using the same principle Koshiro has, hearing the breath of all things) then Enel takes him too but if he has, then goodbye Enel.

yep i agree some people think haki>df but that is not true like in hell vista can take enel on even if he has bushoshoku it only matters how trained the abilitys are
