The Strongest of Konoha11 besides Naru and Saus

Most of them are strong really.
Neji and hinata Two of the best of the hyuuga clan
Shino and his bugs can take down most things
Kiba and his teamwork with akamaru
Sakura - Shit
Tenten has a million weapons and is the strongest girl
Ino-shit
Rock lee has the 8 gates
Sai (if he counts) Was a anbu member
Shikamaru - Is the One of the smartest in konoha
Choji - was bad but is becoming better and better

But out of all of them i would say anyone from team gai

they are all balanced IMO.

-lee is beast because of the gates.
-neji is beast because he is the gentle fist master.
-shino is beast cuz you can't escape from him and the bugs can drain chakra.
-choji is beast cuz he can go butterfly and be a giant and be fast as hell too.
-kiba is a beast because of his double headed wolf mode.
-shikamaru is beast cuz he can come up with a strategy for everything in every situation.

and then the girls are not as balanced as the guys.

-hinata IMO is the strongest since she has mastered the lion fist.
-then comes sakura with her strength and healing jutsus.
-tenten is a lot stronger since she now has the 5 element fan she got from the other brothers.
-ino can use that thing to enter other's mind and other stuff we probably never saw.

Their skills are all different.In strength, Sakura and Choji are the two strongest.Shikimara is clearly the smartest.In speed, Lee, Kiba, and Neji are the fastest with the same speed ranks, with Lee beating them if he goes Eight Gates.Ino and Tenten both have specialty abilities that come in handy during wars.Shino ninjutsu is one of the best,he also one of the smartest in the group, tied with Sakura and just behind Shikimaru.If had to choose, it would have to be between Neji, Lee, and Sakura.Neji because of his speed and defense(rotation), Lee because of the Eight Gates, and Sakura because of her intelligence, strength, and genjutsu(we know she has it).

Sakura beat Sasori.Even if she had help from Lady Choyi, it was Sakura strength that knock around the Puppet Third Kazekage Iron Sand technique like ping pong balls.
