kakashi doesnt get enough credit around here damnit! not saying he is the strongest but he would give just about anyone a tough go at it. with all his jutsu he would be able to counter just about anything AAAAANNND hes one of the smartest which also is underrated around here :shrug::shrug::shrug::shrug::shrug:

I think naruto is the strongest: KM, BM and SM modes, multiple shadow clone, rassenga/rassenshuriken, summons, and his ultimate justu that no one else has talk no justu ...... Hahahaaa

2. Subdued the Juubi and then became its jinchuuriki.
3. Is the origin of Senju and Uchiha bloodlines.
4. List of weapons (used for sealing) unparalleled.
5. Through Rinnegan, not only can he do all elemental jutsu, yin/yang release techniques but also has the six paths.
No one will ever touch the level of power this guy possessed ever, period (this includes Naruto, Madara, Hiruzen, Itachi, etc...) His power, skill and arsenal of tools, moves, talent, etc... is just too massive.

Hm, to back up too? Ok here is my thought:
Ino: She has chakra hair trap technique, Mind body Switch Technique, Mystical palm technique and also uses Tantō but I believe there are more jutsus in her arsenal. She is a beast.
Sakura: Chakra enhanced strength, Chakra scapel, cherry blossom impact, Delicate illness extraction technique, Mystical palm technique and lot of tools such as antidote, poison, sleeping gas bomb and Tanto.
Tenten: she has few jutsus including generic sealing technique and plenty of tools almost all kind of tools and don't forget hashirama was tool's fan-boy too.
There are more but I think these are the strongest ones.
