now... make 10 in each arm and try again...

and this time... try to make some hit specific spots... like the targets neck for instance...

after you can hit it in the neck every time... try hitting his limbs to pin the target down...

in battle read the situation... sometimes its better to attack a larger area and pin down your target rather than go for the kill that will be easily blocked...

ok so... this is straightforeward... picture a suit of armor... and make a thin suit out of bone...
be carefull around your joints... make sure you are able to move
but the thing with this is... the outer layer of bone is extremely dense... even more so than the offensive techniques we have gone over so far... it has to repel the enemies offense so it has to overpower it...
this is the basis behind all the bone defenses...

but the inner layer is much softer bone so you can move and breath and fight freely...

when you get this down you will be able to deflect kunai and block swords with your arms...

give it a try...
first try to make a large bone on the outside of your skin and then disperse it out to cover a large area... then connect the armor to the bones from your different limbs...

this is one of the better defensive jutsu...

ok this uses one of your arms...
preferably the one not attacking but what you can do is make the shield come out of your forearm while still keeping your hand free...
but its easier to just cover your whole arm... elbow down...

ok... lots of chakra... lots more bone than we've been doing thus far and make a large shield about half as big as your body...

with this you can block ninjutsu up to B rank and even avoid most of the damage from some A ranks.

i thought you would have forgotten to add your chakra to it

it seems the shield took a bit too much damage...

it did its job well... but if its perfect you shouldnt see any marks on the outside...

lets try one more time...
remember use your chakra to surround and penetrate all over the shield...
doesnt necessarily need to be an element... just normal chakra...
