*As these words are spoken, Darui does 3 handseals, then a vortex of storm arouses around him extending outwards towards you in a tornado-ish fashion, sucking everything inwards from the sky and ground alike. If even slightly touched by the vortex, you'll be paralyzed and thrashed around until you're ripped to shreds.*

Description: The user will perform a row of 3 handseals, then the user will gather raiton and suiton chakra, then release it into the air around themselves. Then the user will manipulate the chakra, causing the water to start spinning very rapidly, like a tornado. The user will also add the raiton chakra, while the vortex is spinning, causing the water to become electrically charged. The user then sends the vortex at the opponent, on contact the vortex will suck the opponent up into the middle of the vortex, then continuously strike them with lightning. Then eventually the vortex throws the opponent across the battle field.
Note: Usable 3 times a battle
Note: Must be standing still
Note: the Opponent will be paralyzed and soaked in water, making them heavier
Note: Must be taught by McAfeezy

*Then immediately after the vortex leaves Darui's vicinity, he places both hands onto the ground, calculating what was known as your former location, causing saws to rip through the earth, that when reached upon you, they extend upwards sawing you in half.*

Description: The user will slam both hands on the ground, sending their Storm chakra underneath the ground, to the opponent. The user will manipulate the chakra, changing it into miniature saw, that will travel under the ground, until they're right beneathe the opponent. They will then erupt from the ground under the opponent, cutting them severely.
Note: The ground around them will crack, creating fissures on the surface between the user and his opponent as the saws move toward him.
Note: Takes 3 seconds to travel under ground

As I see you create a tornado of water, suddenly lightning is infused into the water at almost the same time.

Either this man has incredible raiton skills, or he may be a storm user.. He even looks like he is from Kumo.

The second I see the tornado form, I begin to run towards my right. When I begin my movement, the dust and small pebbles burst backwards due to my speed. As the tornado is fully released, I simply flick one of my wrists forwards, releasing a blade of wind. The blade rotates horizontally, which collides with the tornado, dispersing it into the air harmlessly.

Description: A blade of wind that is unblock able due to wind intangibility.

After I release the wind, I notice the ground begin to crack and raise up in a directional line towards me. The most likely situation is an underground attack. As im running to the right and the saw has almost reached me, I channel wind chakra to my fist, so the split second the technique reaches below me, I release the vortex onto the ground, doing an acrobatic twist in the air, evading the saw when it rises up. My evasion speed is increased further due to my already increased momentum from running. I would end in longer range from the water, and med range from you still.
