Just posted a great post you cannot counter. So you just stated something random not to look like you've lost the arguement.
I'm sorry, you have to open your eyes and see that all you are trying to create here is reason why rape is okay in some cases. Rape is never EVER okay, regardless of gender, or if they are drunk or anything like that.

The society doesn't take the girl's side because it's a girl, but because she was RAPED. Got it?
If YOU were raped, drunk or not, it doesn't matter, the society would take YOUR side.
What we need in this world is more people with functioning BRAINS.

Rape>Drinking underage.

I'm not saying rape is okay by any means. That is not the purpose of this thread of mine. The whole moral of this story is to not overlook the girl mistakes. Everybody is to blame, I can't make it any simpler than that. If she haven't drunk she would have not been raped.

It kinda does in this reality we have and in the society we live in. Times have change and it's sad to say but she had a part in it. For every action, there's a reaction and sadly she got raped, these two boy's lives are ruined and she is scared for life. She is to blame in my mind and I can't have empathy for someone like that, I just can't. She needs to be expose just like the boys, it's only fair. But in America the women and girls are always right, right?

If one could do that, then we can stop murder, theft, corruption etc etc etc . . . . . Reality and Ideals are different in reality, we have to both teach our children not to do the evil and make examples out of criminals to show them exactly why ... while we ask everyone to be vigilant cos there always will be criminals ..... then only we can achieve the best possible result.

U want to wear skimpy clothes? your free too, but those short clothes allow greater flexibility, so learn to deliver a good kick up the crotch, scream real loud and run real fast...... or carry a taser, knife gun etc
I can guarantee I myself wont try to harm anyone but I can not guarantee for everyone..... so u have to take some precautions to exercise your freedoms then only u will have the greater safety.

It´s one thing to drink (possibly alone and not supervised) and get wasted, showing lack of responsability and self-value.

Another thing is someone taking advantage of the situation and proceeding to rape..So shame on the guys, if it truly happened.

Obviously, the girl could've prevented the rape to some extent, but not being careful doesn't make her any less innocent.
