She gets the blame for drinking, which she payed by vomitting and feeling like shit the rest of the night. The rapists are to be blamed for the rape, not the victim.
I can't believe there are people defending someone that sexually assaulted another human being, who could not defend herself.

Drinking underage is one thing, Raping someone who is drunk is another.

Noone is "defending" the rapists. If you read the OP and my post, you'd understand that. If you walk into a gunfight drunk without a knife, you won't get any pity from the gunslingers. Not meaning the gunslingers ae right for murdering you, but you are partially to blame for doing something that stupid.

Legal age for drinking over here is 16. Partying without supervision happens as well. A Lot.

Rape? Not really problems with them, some groups and culture *** under suspicious circumstances happens, and attract the participants, but RAPE is RAPE. Incidentally it might happen. No matter the circumstances. Rape is rape.

How you see it: RESPONSIBILITY. For f's sake. You can teach 12 year old children to be responsible, heck, even younger. Don't blame it on anything, but the lack of responsibility.

You want to drink. Do it responsible. Meaning don't get shitfaced(damn, who in their right non-boring depressing life would want that anyways?)

And people drinking, and your actions are two different ffing things, if a woman drinks too much, she need to sleep, not get raped.

People blame everyone for everything. Truth of the matter, blame yourselves, if you have to blame anybody.

Guys should be better off start thinking with the brain before the ****. If not, do humanity a favor, and cut them both off.

No they are saying that IF she hadnt drank to the excess (illegally) then she wont be in that situation........ Just like being rich is like attracting attention of robbers and you have to be careful, cos in the end the robbers will be criminals and will be hunted for that... but the loss will be yours. She should have been careful, that the only blame she has got....... BTW I am not defending the rapists, they are still criminals and will be treated so (in harshest manner i hope) but the victim too is not faultless as she stupidly gave away her power to self defence..... she could have been saved. . . . . My opinion is nothing but the frustration and helplessness that come with saying 'I told u so'.

The only blame I could put on the girls' side was being there alone.
But have you seen the media coverages of the rape? CNN and other mainstream news sources all defend the rapists not even mentioning the tragic situation of the girl. The boys don't deserve any defending.

I'm sorry, you have to open your eyes and see that all you are trying to create here is reason why rape is okay in some cases. Rape is never EVER okay, regardless of gender, or if they are drunk or anything like that.
