The SOT6P died blind??

Now we know that the SOT6P divided the juubi...now i'm a bit confused did he use izanagi, if so does that mean his rinnegan lose its light?
Finally is that what lead to his demise? So idk, what do you guys think

Aaah here's one to think about. TSO6P, who is like god in naruto must have died from something that would most likely be wide open for debate if it is ever revealed. You are right, if Madara's EMS is supposedly making him live for god knows how long then how on earth DID the SO6P die and what caused/led to his death?
