Aizen was never solo'd he was beaten by Ichigo and Urahara, Aizen was going to beat Ichigo anyway because he lost his soul reaper powers, but thanks to his weakened state Urahara was able to seal him. Plus Ulquiorra got demolished by Vasto Lordes Ichigo U_U.
