So the whole experiment that Madara preformed on Obito left him with a bit of power up before carrying out his command.

You mean rinne rebirth is the same as outer path? Or an outer path technique?

I don't know about the 1st scan maybe it's just in general.

I think you're right

Kaguya create BZ with this same material/element.

I think all black rod is Will materialization and dont be confuse with TSB because they both are different.

And it solve other plot hole about BZ is Kaguya's Will originally and not Madara's Will

Look here, Gedo Mazo is where Kaguya's awareness reside and not inside Bijuus after Hagoromo split up Juubi chakra.

And why I say this? Its because for someone that have Rikudou chakra and Rinnegan, they are connected to Gedo Mazo and its ability. Thats why Rinnegan users can use will materialization or black rod for short.

Gedo Gave rinnegan users an opportunity to assimilate their Will inside black rod. And the proof is Madara or Nagato can control someone by activate Will controling seal(exp Madara bind Edo Hashirama).

But unknown by them Kaguya actually at the center of that ability. But kaguya not trying to control or take over them because her plan still not achieve yet.

To sum it up, yes that ability can be called as Gedo technique and support by above reason.

He's implying that 6paths power can't be used without being synced to the Gedo because it requires tremendous life force. Without the Gedo's chakra you can't use any of the 6paths jutsu without blacking out or dying unless you're Ashura's transmigrant.

Also, you need the Rinnegan to have access to the black rod (aka Gedo Mazo). Obito didn't sync himself to the Gedo until he gained the Rinnegan. Nagato couldn't control the Rinnegan until the Gedo was synced to him the day Hanzo attacked them.
