I'm a sasuke fan and it doesn't sting me at all. I know what sasuke ment when he said it and also it makes sense you know. Naruto made sasuke feel better with saying gay stuff about friendship so sasuke did the same and told that he lost in the ideals way. Since the fight was obviously a draw in the end.
