The sharingan can see through clones - ultimate proof

He can see through clones. I don't think this has any special meaning, probably means Sharingan could see when Hashi made the switch and its not a special MS thing or whatever, sharingan reads movements so when Hashi moves into wood and leaves Wood clone, it should see that.

It can be maybe detected by EMS but only advanced elementals chakra clones.It can't detect regular shadow clone since it's natural chakra divided in equal quantity.

With elemental clones like the mokuton clone , clone is infused of advanced elemental chakra and not in equal quantity contrary to the regular shadow clone that is composed of natural chakra divided in equal quantity.

There is 2 possibility to be able detect elemental clones:

Kishi is trolling or it's EMS's power.

or maybe Madara is just that good and gained experience over the many battles him and the first had. Aside from that maybe the EMS is truly the reason why.

We just have to wait and see. Madara also says that HE was the only one that could see through his clones... Maybe it is something only he can do (being the most powerful sharingan user so far) or it is unique to the EMS. If regular sharingan could see through clones then this wouldn't be so much fuss, and Madara would have praised the uchiha powers more, instead of himself.

Wood clone is superior than any other clone, and that's why MS/EMS is needed to see through it.

Even though Moku Bunshin are said to be (and clearly are) superior to Kage Bunshin, they're not the same. Moku Bunshin are based on an element after all, namely Mokuton, which most likely makes them transparent. Even Sasuke's Sharingan with two Tomoe could see the difference between Mizu Bunshin and the real body. Kage Bunshin no Jutsu splits up ones Chakra into identic clones that not even the Byakugan could differentiate.

He was referring to wood clones, only shadow clones divide chakra evenly and thus dojutsu is unable to differ them, that doesn't count for other elemental clones.
