The sharingan can already track fast moving objects & see a future image & the sharingan gets better as the users experience goes so i doubt sasuke will not adapt to narutos speed cus he spanked a"s boots & itatchi

Slow down time ability? Da hail are you talking about? Are you talking about his reaction speed and the Sharingan's natural ability to predict movements? That has a limit to how much you can react to btw. <.<

NO it has no ability that controls time.
It allows to predict where ones attacks lands due to movement factors.

And the Sharingan doesn't allow the wielder to "adapt to speed", it shows them an image of where the opponent will be in a moment based on the tensing of their muscles. However, even A, the previous fastest ninja in the world said he could move fast enough to escape even the Sharingan's sight if he wanted. Naruto's initial Kyubi Chakra Mode managed to allow he to eventually outspeed A, and his new form gave him an even greater boost. If Kishi wasn't going to be bringing in a Deus Ex Mach. ()which he will...), Sasuke would lose, hands down, in EVERY area: speed, strength, durability, chakra, techniques, and intelligence...well, maybe a tie in those last two. An interesting thing to note is that Itachi said that Madara awakened a new technique when he gained the EMS. I guess we'll see it when Sasuke fights (not the Rinnegan).

the sharingan is kinda like mantra in one piece as it lets u predict the user movements but it dosnt matter how much u see with the sharingan ass it does not increase ur actually speed so even if u see it comming if ur physically not good enough to doge ur still gonna get hit

i could actually see this happening, sasuke manipulates time with a genjutsu, but it becomes real.. that would be a way to stop naruto.. lol then everyone would be mad..
