meh you need a very precise hit to do so from the back. And I don't think the scalpel would reach deep enough O_O, you can insert it all the way in if lucky but would it reach the heart? you owuld have to pierce the lungs and continue further O_O.

Lol, ok first of all theoretics, make sure to take down notes:

Rasengan is pure chakra based technique. It consists of manipulating ones own chakra and release it while applying shape manipulation. It was created by the 4th hokage, basing it off the tailed beast bomb.

Now, rasengan has 3 pillars as i like to call them. They are in the following order:

-Rotation: Is what gives rasengan it's characteristical look of maelstrom. this step is the basis of the technique, without it it would be...gan? In order to properly perform this step you first need to know what kind of chakra rotation you have, this is determined by the sense the whirl you have on your hair spins. With you knowing that, you only need to begin to release and manipulate the chakra making it spin in that direction constantly, but changing the points of release and the direction in which you make the chakra spin.

-Power: This is the easier step, if the chakra isn't dense enough, not released fast enough and it is not rotating fast enough, the rasengan will lack punch.

-Containment: the most important point. The rasengan must be withing a coat of your own chakra, so that all the powerful rotating chakra is compressed. That is what earns rasengan that capacity of smashing and breaking through the opponent and even rock or trees.

Hands you 4 bags full of water-filled balloons. Now release your chakra into the water and begin to make it rotate anti-clockwise within it. Remember to make it spin in multiple directions. If spun correctly the balloons should pop in no time due to the water amplifying the rotating chakra and the balloon coat not resisting the intense movement. Each bag has 40 ballons, pop all 4 bags, use clones if wanted.

"OK GUYS, THIS SHOULD BE AWESOME TECHNIQUE, LET´S DO OUR BEST"

-we all take 1 balloon from bag, than we focus our chakra in our left hands and we follow up by moving our chakra into the balloon, than we start rotating it inside of it anti-clockwise and we are spinning it in all possible angles, than as we are working on it, they just POP, we than follow up by taking another one and we make them to POP again, we than each take our 3rd one and do it again, than we all make them POP sooner than before and with the last, 4th we make them to POP almost in no time-

Ok, now disperse them to gather the expirience they harvested...

You used 39 kagebunshins at the same time...each of them popped 2 balloons with all the effort someobdy on your rank must put through it. You really overused your chakra...be careful miggy.

Good, now onto POWAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

Grab an air-filled rubber balloon, and begin to concentrate your chakra into it. You have to concentrate as much chakra as you can as air has much less viscosity than water and thus is hard to make it spin as strongly as rasengan needs to spin.

So try pop one.

-i take 1 air-filled rubber ballon from you and than i start focusing my chakra inside of me, i than quickly start sending it into that balloon and i start rotating it again like i did with water balloon, but this time i keep increasing still more and more my chakra into that air balloon and after some time still rotating it in all sorts of different angles, and it than EXPLODES in my palm-

-i take 1 air-filled rubber ballon from you and than i start focusing my chakra inside of me, i than quickly start sending it into that balloon and i start rotating it again like i did with water balloon, but this time i keep increasing still more and more my chakra into that air balloon and after some time still rotating it in all sorts of different angles, and it than EXPLODES in my palm-

Good, but you forgot to mention if it is clock-wise or counter clockwise. re-burst a ballon and burst 100 more please.

-i take another air-filled rubber balloon and i send chakra into it, than i start rotating my chakra in it counter clockwise and start adding more and more and more and more power into it so that by still increasing, it will explode very quickly, than i make 19 clones and they each take 1 rubber balloon and make him explode just like i did, than we all take 2nd balloon and make the same steps as the 1st time, but even faster, than we take 3rd one and do the same things again, and once again it is faster than before, we take 4th and it takes even less work and we make it faster than before, than we all take our last balloon and we make it to explode in NO TIME, than i disperse all my clones but 1 clone who transforms into jessica alba and i sit down, than she starts massaging me-

Don't make that many clones, you'll end up too much exhausted. And in Battle arena any bunshin jutsu can only make 4 clone.

Try once more put all your concentration and chakra manipulation into make. Make it rip exploded.

-i take another air filled rubber ball and i again start concentrating my chakra inside of it and than i start quickly spinning it counter clockwise and i keep doing it with more and more power and in all possible different angles, than after a couple of seconds, it explodes into little pieces of rubber-

Now, this is important. You have practiced rotation and the power of it. Now to ALL of this steps you must add further chakra manipulation in order to create a cloak around that powerfully rotating chakra all around the rasengan. Containing its power and thus it's ability to strike. Now, Try to make the cloak within the balloon without popping it, you have many to practice so feel free to use them. No clones in this step. You gotta make it alone, with no further help. After the balloon, try to perform it with no medium around and let's see how does it turn out.

-i take latex ball from you, than i start inserting my chakra into it and than i start rotating it counter clockwise and in different angles inside of it, still with more and more power and than, in a second it explodes in my hand-

-i take another one and again i put my chakra into it and i start rotating it inside counter clockwise in a couple of angles, than again with still more and more power it once again explodes in my hand-

"wow, this is harder than i thought, but now i know how much power i need to use"

-i take yet another latex ball and i send my chakra into it once again, than i start spinning my chakra inside of it counter clockwise and in countless amount of angles, than i start increasing power of the rotation, but than i get the feeling that it´s enough, so i start focusing harder and maintain the same rotation, than i activate my 3T sharingan and see the ball of chakra inside of the latex balloon-
