ahh that's a hard question. Kanashibari no jutsu means that by the action of your opponent's chakra you feel your body restrained as if by iron wires. In order to break free I'd say you have to release your chakra around your body purging the opponent's chakra from around you. In no moment it mentions chakra disruption. Yet, ask a mod to be sure.

good, this jutsu is kinda self explanatory. shadow clone > henge into fuma shuriken > throw at my kankuro clone > clone de-transforms > attack in a creative way.

yay, i completely forgot on our training, sry

*i quickly creates Shadow Clone who transforms into Fuma Shuriken, i quickly take him and throw him at your kankuro-like clone, as he´s flying at him, he de-transforms and body checks your clone on the ground, than i jump into the air and throw my own Fuma Shuriken which stabs both my clone and your Kankuro-like clone and makes him to *poof* (i know it´s not the best combo, but it´s not completely lame i think)*
