The Senju were the strongest clan? Really?

I really only think that when Hashirama said that Senju>Uchiha, he meant during his era.

The Senju being stronger than the Uchiha wouldn't make sanse because they would have exterminated the Uchiha long before Hashirama's tim if that was the case and vice versa.

They were equal, the Senju just needed more screen time.

I see that there are very few aware of the fact that within the Uchiha Clan the Sharingan was not actually awakened by every member.

Uchihas have greater raw talent, however senjus that work hard have said to have surpassed the uchiha, as apparrent with Ashuras case

the only reason uchihas have been believed to be powerful by us is when they gained power from the senjus themselves, which if you want to judge as a CLANS power, shoudlnt be counted since the Senjus power and the Rinnegan is obviously not an Uchiha clan power

with that being said, throughout the warring era, the Senju clan had defeated the Uchiha which even resulted in some uchihas being defected from their clan,, as well as Hashirama > EMS Madara, and Tobirama > izuna,

all in all, if we go by clans power its
Ootsutsuki >>> Senju > Uchiha > Uzumaki > Hyuga
