[Theory] The Senju and Uzumaki are related to Jugo's clan.

As in they are all under the younger so6p son family tree. All three clans seems to be linked to life. Hashirama had earth, water, and wood release and he was senju. The Uzumaki clan had longevity and vibrant hair. And Jugo's clan was able to use nature chakra naturally. It may also explain why Naruto could achieve a perfect sage mode if he was distantly related to Jugo. The younger son was had "yang qualities" like these other three clans ( the life force and physical energy.)

Naruto has a strong chakra, one that can suppress the ninetails. And well he also had the ninetails chakra. So it was just a matter of training from there. If Jiraiya had that much chakra I'm sure he could have obtained a perfect sage mode too.

I think its more of an issue of capatibility over chakra.

basically yea if the sage was an uzumaki his sons would be watered down versions of him one with eyes and one with body but if sage got the eyes only after becoming the ten tails jin then thats why his son would have the eyes and not all uzumaki ...but then thre is nagato what if he really did awakin the rinnegan that would prove the sage was an uzumaki but we dont know that yet for sure so we will have to wait and see but i believe it possible i mena the sage looks a lot like naruto right anf the back of the sages coat has the rinnegan and the sharingan tome on it combine them and you et what really looks like the uxzumaki family crest ...once again i am not saying this is fact i am saying it is possible

Yes sir. Nagato had Rinnegan. Naruto's 9 Tail chakra makes the wood release grow. It's quite possible.
