Description: Ombrophobia is the fear of Rain or being rainned upon. This genjutsu will make the opponent suffer the symptoms of this phobia. Being rainned uppon will start to make the opponent enter in a panic state with disabling shaking. The user will not be able to stand on his feet. The damage of this genjutsu will be caused by the feeling that the opponent has of being constantly hit by needles, wich go deeper and hurt even more as the time passes. Soon enough, the needles turn into acid, and will give the user the feeling of having is flesh desintegrated, and that they're just bone.
*this jutsu is not avoidable by chakra. The opponent must feel a great physical pain (not just stab himself or break a finger) or hurt the user*

The quilin are a mythological creature commonly found within the chinese mythology. They also exist within other mythology such as japanese where they are more widely known as Kirin aswell as Korean mythology. They are a type of chimerism creature that is said to appear in the time of great sorrow when the occurrence of the passing of a Sage or a Fuedal lord happens. Their are depicted as having a many dragon like features such as the head appears similar to a dragon with a long flowing mane, their eyelashes are also extensively long, and a razor sharp teeth. They are commonly depicted with having horns or Antlers atop their heads. Their bodies are generally like a deers, horse or ox and their skin covered with scales and tough skin. They can have lion's tail or an oxes tail. They appear in many variety of colours ranging from gold, rainbow and many colours that represent various jewells and gem stones.


Quilin have a few unique traits which aid them in the narutoverse:


  • They are considered good omens and very graceful in nature so much so that within buddhism they are said to not walk on grass so that they do not damage even a single blade and instead would choose to walk on water or on the clouds themselves. They passively use this skill to mimic the effects of the Silent homicide technique, being able to sneak up on opponents to deliver decisive blows.

  • Their scales, much like dragons offer a solid protective defense over their entire body and can be sharp to touch, inflicting damage back on taijutsu users.

  • Quilin are able to user various elements on skills depending on which is summoning, each being proficient in its own unique skill.

Description: Fuji is a bright and vibrant colour of crimson red, her entire body is a magnificent array of bright and darker tones. Like all Quilin her head has the physical features much like a chinese dragon, with a bright red flowing mane that extends part way down her back. Her eye lashes and whiskers extend outwards in a total length of 2 meters. She has large set of Golden horned antlers that extend sidewards from the top of her head and point out towards her front. Her body is that of a horse in shape and size with spines running down the length of her back evenly spread out. her skin is strong and tough and addorned with additional protection from her most beautiful feature, the ruby crusted scales that line her back and half the length of body and partly down her legs. she has flanks of dark red hair on her legs and a long flowing tail with a strong mixture of reds. She like all Quilin are equivliant to a very large shire horse standing about 2 meters tall and around several feet in length.
  • Fuji is capable of performing Fire release techniques up to the users rank.
  • She is capable of concentrating fire chakra into her scales to enhance their hardness and to cause the ability to burn with physical contact. These scales will glow bright red offering an S rank defensive power. Fuji is capable of controlling it so if the user is riding her, the scales where they are sat wont burn them.
  • A unique ability of hers, is her S rank fire charge ability, it takes on the quilin's graceful ability of moving without disturbing an area to the next level. She will release fire around her entire body as she sprints forwards at 2x kage ranked speed releasing fire from her feet to boost herself forwards head first using her horns to impale or smash through a target as the fire is strong enough the vaporize anything she comes into contact with (following the s/w of fire release). Due to the fire being released from her hooves she would even be able to run through the air to do this.
  • Fuji due to her bodies enhanced physical defence from the scales and tough skin she is capable of tanking all C rank and below taijutsu techniques and weapon techniques. She is also capable of dealing damage to opponents through use of her large horns, biting, stomping and kicking, as well as using her weight to ram and toss opponents into the air over several feet in distance.
Note: Can only be summoned once per battle, lasting for 4 turns.
Note: Each ability used counts of one of the users 3 moves per turn.

Description: Vanir is a very regal looking Quilin, who's entire body is a mixture of white, yellow and blue shades and tones. Like all Quilin his head has the physical features much like a Chinese dragon and he has Long white and pale yellow flowing mane that gracefully flows the length of his back. When charged with lightning chakra the mane stands up straight and takes strong shapes. He has eye lashes and whiskers extend outwards in a total length of 2 meters. From the forehead he has a long, pointed, sharp edged horn with razor sharp edges much like the sharpened edge of a true katana. From the side of His face he has two equally long horns that stretch out past the tip of his face and are about 3/4 a meter in length with the same sharp edges as the horn, and made of indestructible bone. Like with other Quilin he has a strong and tough armoured hide, adorned with pale white and yellow scaled Armor plates, with blue and golden gems. From his shoulders extends even more long fur that flows wildly out of control. He has legs much like a stallion and adorning the bottom is the purest white sleeves of fur and hair that flows freely. There are also distinctive blue veins of colour that extend from the shoulders and the hips of the legs down to the hooves. He stands about 2 meters tall and several feet long. His tail is thin but strong acting like a whip with the tip adorned with a lustrous white plume made of razor sharp hairs.
  • Varnir has a lightning release affinity, being able to use all the lightning Jutsu (up to S-rank) the user knows, all counting as one of the users three moves per turn.
  • He has a few unique abilities of his own. As passive effect of his is one known as "silent lightning". All Quilin have the passive trait of the silent homicide technique due to their gracefulness, Varnir adapted this to his lightning, using his chakra to mask the crackling of his lightning technique to muffle their sound to create silent lightning.
  • Another unique trait of his is at the cost of one of the users three moves per turn, once per turn he can release his chakra into his horns, acting as a conductor that draws in a lightning release technique up to S rank in power, absorbing it through his horns. He can then release this back as a blast or wave or even release the lightning around and through his body for a defence, holding the same power of what was absorbed.
  • Due to his bodies enhanced physical defence from the scales and tough skin she is capable of tanking all C rank and below taijutsu techniques and weapon techniques. She is also capable of dealing damage to opponents through use of her large horns, biting, stomping and kicking, as well as using her weight to ram and toss opponents into the air over several feet in distance.
Note: Can only be summoned once per battle, lasts 4 turns, no summons for two turns after he disperse.
Note: Charge and absorbing counts as one of the users three moves per turn.

Description: Watasumi is a gentle natured Quilin who when angered has a furious wrath. His entire body is an array of deep and light coloured blue tones. Like all Quilin his head has the physical features much like a Chinese dragon and he has Long azure coloured mane with platted hair like sea grass that flows effortlessly through the air, almost as if submerged by water which flows down the length of his back. He has eye lashes and whiskers extend outwards in a total length of 2 meters from the underneath of his chin. Extending from the side of his head are two horn shaped antlers made of a hard coral with razor sharp edges that extend outwards a meter long. Like with other Quilin he has a strong and tough armoured hide, adorned with pale and dark blue tones of scaled armour places, with sapphire and Green gem stones. Along the length of his back coral spines rise up evenly spread out. More hair also runs the length of his back, and up the flanks of his legs. His tail is a single long whip with three spines the shape of a trident protruding from the end. Like the rest of the Quilin he stands about 2 meters tall and several feet long.
  • Watasumi has a few unique traits of his own. First of all, he can use all water release techniques (up to S-rank) that the user knows without a source of water.
  • Having developed a unique skill, much like the cannon "wind return technique", Watasumi can release his chakra into oncoming water jutsu up and including S rank, forcing it to split down the middle, passing on either side of him as he take control of the water and redirects it at a target of his choosing. This can only be used once per battle taking up one of the users three moves per turn.
  • Another unique trait, much like other quilin, is his charge ability. Coating himself in a strong moving torrent of water, he will propel himself forwards, using the water as like a thruster, pushing him at twice a jounin ranks speed, to smash into and attack anything in a linear manor, even able to move through the air with this. This is S rank and can be used once per battle counting as one of the users three moves per turn.
  • Due to her bodies enhanced physical defence from the scales and tough skin she is capable of tanking all C rank and below taijutsu techniques and weapon techniques. She is also capable of dealing damage to opponents through use of her large horns, biting, stomping and kicking, as well as using her weight to ram and toss opponents into the air over several feet in distance.

4. (Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Shanshen ) - Summoning Technique: The God of the Mountains

Description: Shanshen is a stocky and robust Quilin, with various shades of brown and sandy coloured patterns. He has a brown shaggy mane. Like all Quilin his head has the physical features much like a Chinese dragon but he has more plated Armor around his face than the other Quilin. Also unlike the other Quilin he does have a pair of horns, but the ends appear broken and rounded off like large stumps the size of mallets, which are strong, durable and heavy. Along his back shaggy brown hair covers its entirety with stumped spines running down his backbone. The body is covered in plated brown armour adorned by amber and onyx gem stones. His tail is fairly stocky with sharp spikes running down the length of the tail and a single massive club of rock and metal ore. His legs are also covered in a shaggy fur and his hooves clad in metal ore spikes. He is larger than the other Quilin at nearly 3 meters tall and about several feet long.
  • Being the earth Quilin he able to use all earth release techniques (up to S-rank) that the user knows counting towards the three jutsu per turn.
  • Being the earth Quilin he has a couple of unique skills of his own, the first being that of hardening his scales by releasing earth chakra through him, granting him a solid S rank earth defence. This will follow the s/w of earth release, so weaker to lightning to jutsu but allow him to tank near on any water jutsu (taking damage calculation into account). This lasts for up to 2 turns and can be used once per battle. He is known as being head strong due to the way he is known for smashing through jutsu.
  • Taking on the principles of the hiding like a mole technique that weakens earth, he releases chakra around his body that does the same thing, softening the earth as he uses his scaled body to smash through earth jutsu. This is S rank and can be used once per battle counting as a move. It will work on stuff up to 15m in size due to the force of impact he creates or on large things he can create a smaller hole for him to pass through.
  • Due to his bodies enhanced physical defence from the scales and tough skin she is capable of tanking all C rank and below taijutsu techniques and weapon techniques. She is also capable of dealing damage to opponents through use of her large horns, biting, stomping and kicking, as well as using her weight to ram and toss opponents into the air over several feet in distance.

5. (Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Fengshen ) - Summoning Technique: Goddess of the Eastern Wind

Description: Fengshen is a Quilin that effortlessly moves around with a lot of grace and virtue. She has pale green complexion, with streaks of darker shades throughout her body. Like all Quilin his head has the physical features much like a Chinese dragon, her eyebrows flow like the wind, along with a set of red and gold whiskers that extend of the side of her face. She has the biggest set of horns than any of the other Quilin, extending from her head, two horns run down the length of her face whilst two larger ones extend out directly from her head and curve backwards creating crescents which are as sharp as the finest crafted blade. Their colour the purest jade green. The mane is a mixture of light and summer toned greens that wave through the air and down the length of her back. She has socks of hair along her legs that are braided with red bone tubes. Her hole body covered in slated armour plates, adorned with rubies and topaz gem stones. The tai extends 2 meters in length with a single tuft of fur extending out hiding a Long and sharp spine. Like the rest of the Quilin he stands about 2 meters tall and several feet long.
  • Being the wind quilin he is capable of using all wind release techniques the user knows counting towards the users three moves per turn. Being the most graceful of the quilin,
  • She uses wind release to enhance to the species unique ability to walk on grass without disturbing it, releasing wind around his body to allow him to walk or run through the air. He can move through the air passively but at a cost of a move per turn he can release wind streams from his body to move at twice a Jounin ranks speed for a quick dash to close a gap or a fast get away. The wind around his body will muffle the sound of his movements.
  • Taking this ability to the next level, Fengshen can release a powerful S rank torrent of sharp winds around his body expanding 5m around him as he propels through the air slicing all his path (following the s/w weaknesses of wind release.
  • Due to her bodies enhanced physical defence from the scales and tough skin she is capable of tanking all C rank and below taijutsu techniques and weapon techniques. She is also capable of dealing damage to opponents through use of her large horns, biting, stomping and kicking, as well as using her weight to ram and toss opponents into the air over several feet in distance.

To activate the seal the wielder will raide their dominant hand up to their face releasing chakra from their palm and directly into the seal. Upon activation the three matagama begin to glow bright and the user brings down their hand to then draw the Mask upon their face. The mask itself is a translucent colour of jade green, with red and purple whirls adorning the mouth and eyes. Additionally to the mask the user is coated in a translucent jade cloak. The legacy of Izanami grants the wielder a series of abilities.

Description: This technique is a form of sealing method where in the user will place a series of Yin seals upon their own minds where Yin chakra will be stored. The user will then use these seals to release the stored chakra each time they are afflicted by a genjutsu technique. The seals can react at the users will to release the stored chakra, flooding their brain and nervous system and forcing out any external foreign chakra and ultimately releasing them from genjutsu. As this technique is infused with Yin release chakra it is therefore a very powerful form of release capable of cancelling out any genjutsu techniques of Equal rank or below.

Damage points: Empress of the Void, is a technique unique to the eyes of Lightning Uchiha. The ability focuses around a single aspect, in which the wielder of the technique can create and utilize the powers of a white hole. Each eye has a single application for the manipulation of the white hole.

Left eye - The power to generate a white whole in a single point, however rather than allowing the continuous expansion of the energy generated from the formation of the white Hole, the user contains and compresses the boundless energy into a single point which then causes the energy to physically rip open a tear in the fabric of space and time, allowing them to create a doorway that can be either into their own unique dimension of space, or simple to open up a doorway to another location existing within the same dimension.

Right eye - The right eye grants the user access to a more offensive application of the white hole. By focusing the eye on a single point of interest the user can manipulate space/time to generate a continuous rapid expansion of boundless energy that expands outwards and then erases everything within its expansive boundaries.

Background:
Like the fire temple the monks have developed a unique lifestyle and power to them which revolves around the use of a special chakra to then perform the Thousand Hands Murder. However the fire temple is also not the only Buddhist monk temple within the Naruto-verse and throughout the lands there are many more similar temples that allow for people to seek the path of a Buddhist and learn their ways. There are ancient teachings that are universally shared between all the temples and can find themselves stemming back to the days of the Sage of six paths. Although some of the learnings and philosophies date even further, the initial use of chakra within their studies dates back to the beginning of chakra when the sage began sharing the knowledge and wisdom of the ways on Ninshu. Through the use of advanced chakra control and the concepts governed by Ninshu and The universal powers of Yin and Yang they have helped them to develop a universal philosophy and teachings that is shared throughout all the temples of Buddhism in the lands of the Naruto-verse. The Dainichi no Zenryoku Kata is a style that builds upon their spirituality and the involvement of Buddhism throughout their lives and helps them to seek balance and power to also provide them with the necessity to defend themselves and their ways against those who would seek only to destroy and bring wrath and ruin to their peaceful ways.

Description: The initializing technique for practitioners of the Infinite Sword Style, this technique varies among the practitioners of the style. Each user carries a special case of that contains a countless number of katanas in a storage unit on the back of the hips. Every katana within this storage unit is tied to the user by his chakra. Depending on the needs, the user can spread any number of swords among the battlefield or can offensively launch these swords at the opponent using their chakra to have them home in on the opponent. Once on the battlefield the blades will only move if the user chooses and each sword is also placed in such a way that the user always has access to a sword. Those who attempt to touch any of the blades are instantly sensed by the user. These blades however are not indestructible as the user sacrifices the quality of the blade for the sheer quantity they bring into battle with them. However, when the blades are directly being used in the various techniques for the fighting style they are strengthened by the user's chakra so the blades do not break in normal circumstances or direct confrontation allowing them to be used for defensive purposes.

The user will then strike all three swords with a powerful swing near their sunken tips, causing the entirety to slash upwards in a violent slash reminiscent of a fang.

It's also possible to throw another blade so that it collided with the others, sending the entirety hurtling towards the opponent.

Description:Immediately following the connection of a robust swing with the intended opponent, the user releases the used blade and before the enemy can recover from the momentary stun inflicted by the previous blow, he attacks once again utilizing one of the swords in the immediate vicinity. This process is then repeated a further eleven times in quick succession, from various angles and positions around the victim, ultimately leaving a total of twelve swords attached to their body. The extent of the injuries caused as a result of this technique, vary from minor to fatal, dependent entirely on how much the user desires to exact upon the target. However, regardless of the amount of damage inflicted, it can be increased through the subsequent use of the Multiplication technique.

Sentouryuu ǂ Jōzan - (Infinite Sword Style ǂ Multiplication)

Description: Immediately following the use of Addition, whilst all twelve swords still remain momentarily attached to the opponent, the user proceeds to strike the entirety of the surrounding blades again in quick succession, with the final devastating blow dislodging the weapons so that they land in a circular formation around the target. This results increasing the rank of the technique by one and causes 20 extra damage to be inflicted on the victim, as each of the twelve swords slices into their flesh once again. This can happen all within the same time frame as the total twenty-four strikes are received within such an incredibly short period, little to no opportunity exists for the enemy to mount a counter attack.

Sentouryuu ǂ Suichoku no Narabi - Infinite Sword Style ǂ Vertical Line

Description: The user slashes the ground causing three nearby blades to rise up in front of them. Whilst all three swords remain momentarily suspended in the air, the user proceeds to hit the entirety in quick succession with the blade of the sword he is currently holding. Each sword is struck separately and in such a manner that they are launched directly towards the target along a linear trajectory, with a tremendous amount of force, meaning they act instead like long projectiles. The swords are are imbued with chakra during the launch and move with such force they can easily pierce through A-rank and lower techniques. As the user's held sword makes contact with each individual blade, he announces aloud the number of the strike, as follows: "One Sword" (一本, ippon), "Two Swords" (二本, Nihon), "Three Swords" (三本, Sanhon). If this technique is used as a follow up to Infinite Sword Style ǂ Sword Fang, the rank of this technique increase by one and gains +20 damage and can pierce through S-rank techniques.
Note:
Usable three times, S rank version only usable twice.
Although this technique can pierce through jutsu, it doesn't neutralize them in anyway.

Sentouryuu ǂ Konranshita Narabu - Infinite Sword Style ǂ Jumbled Lineup

Description: This technique begins with the user revolving his body around a single point. The user swings his currently held sword in a circular motion, causing all of the blades in the immediate vicinity to be propelled upwards. By then utilizing the collisions between the swords to keep them aloft, he is able to ensure that he is continually surrounded by a large quantity of blades regardless of his subsequent movements, whilst integrating even more into the technique as and when necessary. By then adding chakra to the blades, they can increase the overall potency of their strikes as well. Due to the close proximity and number of the involved swords, the user can unleash the full potential of his expert swordsmanship to then bombard the enemy with an unrelenting stream of attacks from all directions. The versatility of this technique is unsurpassed, as it combines both a powerful defence and a comprehensive offense, yet still retains the capability to effortlessly switch between the two. This occurs due to the user being able to execute his other attacks more easily, without the prior need to gather and/or position the swords, whilst making it increasingly difficult for an opponent to engage him directly because of the presence of the adjacent blades.

Appearance: is a large being in size standing as tall as 10ft when on his hind legs, when he is down on all fours, his height is around 7ft in total. He has the face of a lion, with two sets of golden rings adorning his ears. His eyes glow a golden yellow, piercing and intense. Flowing from his head, a great fiery mane of dark orange and red shades at the base and extends down the length of his back. As the hair lengthens the shades and tones of colours lighten giving off the appearance that his hair is on fire. Protruding from his head are a pair of purple and blue coloured Horns that rise up and curve down the length of his back, the edges are as sharps. His body itself is large and muscular and he has dark skin with fine brown hair covering the entire body. On his arms he again has some long hair extending from the forearm to his elbow, and large metal weighted cuffs which he uses in battle. His hands have sharp claws. down the length of his calves again are sections of flowing hair and extending from either ankle are a single sharp spur.

Personality: Ifrit is a highly intelligence being, very analytical in nature and holds a vast deal of knowledge. He can appear calm at times but he also has a fiery temper. Being created from the pain and intense emotions of the Uchiha clan, he has quite the aggressive and angry personality, and can show moments of rage that creates a intense atmosphere when around him. He is however incredibly loyal and honourable in nature and enjoys sparing with lightning and other people, showing curiosity as well as pleasure. He is fully capable of speaking and he speaks in a gravely deep voice with tendencies to include growls after sentences or certain words.

Abilities: Ifrit like the user is capable of utilizing the universal abilities of Yin and Yang and as such is granted the same level of abilities it grants the user. As well as this Ifrit possess the ability to manipulate and produce the following elements, Fire and Earth styles and the Draconium Release CE of which he can use all without hand seals or requirement of sources making him a very effective and efficient fighter on par with Lightning. He has the ability to mentally communicate with lightning. He can attack his opponents with his claws, brute strength, biting and stabbing with his spurs. His horns being as sharp as blades allows him the ability to cut and counter swords and weapons without sustaining damage.

Description: Initially, a technique first created and used by Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki (who used it to create the nine tailed beasts), Creation of All Things is the core basic yet purer form of Yin-Yang Release and pertains to the administration of imagination, and the spiritual energy which forms the basis of Yin chakra to create physical forms from nothingness followed by the application of vitality, and the physical energy which forms the basis of Yang chakra, breathing life into form. Essentially, this technique allows one to create beings out of ones imagination. These beings are alive, self suficient and real. However, without the powers of Hagoromo, a normal master of Yin-Yang Release's usage of the technique pales and one cannot create something as a Bijuu. Even in his case, he needed to use the chakra of the Shinju to create the 9 Bijuu, so even in battle he is limited in the use of the technique. In Narutobase RP, however, one can create 1 living being, never bigger than 3x the size of the creator, that has the following abilities:
Can use 3 of the elements the creator knows (including AEs and/or CEs)
Can use one of the following: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, a Clan's HA, KG/KT, an Advanced Ninjutsu (Sound, Poison, etc), or universal ability (Fuuinjutsu, Iryo Ninjutsu, Yin-Yang Release, etc), a mode (SM, SHB, etc.) as long as the creator knows it
Has a chakra reserve of max 2000 points and a health pool of 1500 points
Can use all techniques the creator knows of the fields it is able to use
Can be sentient or not, with human levels of inteligence or not, including power of speech and a mental link to the creator
Can have one of the following passive traits/skills: chakra sensory, increased physical strength resulting in +20 damage to Taijutsu, immunity to Genjutsu, usage of its elements without handseals or source restrictions, immunity to physical damage up to B-rank, a speed of 1.5x the speed of its creator, chakra transfer ability, immunity to fuuinjutsu techniques
Will have the physical abilities of the traits of the form created (for example, if it has wings, it can fly, etc etc) but it cannot be human nor the same as a real animal (has to, in some way, be unique and different from existing creatures)


It will also abide to the following restrictions:
The creation will stay in the fight even if the creator dies (in RP terms, if you die and your creation is still alive and wins, you win the fight and can continue in the event playing with your creation).
The creator can only have one creation per bio at any given time.
The creation will be initially formed at the end of the Yin-Yang training, serving as a rite of passage of Yin-Yang Mastery, after which it will need to be stated in the bio that has it and the user will always enter the field with it.
The creation is alive and as such can be killed, healed, poisoned, attacked with gentle fist, etc as any other living thing in Narutoverse and, in terms of NB RPG, suffers all basic restrictions that fall upon a ninja. It cannot, however, be revived with the Edo Tensei technique though if it dies, the creator can use the Creation of All Things technique to revive it once during the battle.
Creations cannot be done during a fight but can be done in any RP thread, be it a training thread or an RP NW thread.
It cannot have "absolute" traits such as being considered immortal or only existing in Limbo. It is a real, living, flesh and bone being that has the abilities listed above.
Cannot have a Doujutsu, Shikotsumyaku, Souma no Ko, Jikūkan or learn to open the Eight Inner Gates.


Note: Can only be used by Yin-Yang Masters.
Note: Hagaromo bios can have 2 creations.
Note: Reviving the creations costs the use of the technique and can only be done once per battle.
