Well nobody were scary but some really did creep me out like Hidan , Deidara and Orochimaru.

Deidara was the one who creeped me most , who knows where else he has tounges?

He is not supposed to be alive anymore. Hidan may be immortal to physical injuries but it is stated that he can still die without nutrition. Meaning, he should die of thirst after approximately three or even four days.

What comes to the topic itself, Kakuzu had the most fearsome persona.
