I think people have this delusion that you have to be an Uchiha to have strong fire element techniques, it's not true.

Uchiha's signature techniques are their fire element since there all born with it, purely because they marry their cousins and what not. They just practice it like everyone else, doesn't mean to say their capabilities are far greater from birth, well apart from there physical strength and there sharingan.
