The sarutobi clan perform fire just like uchiha not the same technique.But fire.I think it is their main element.Third hokage too have fire element. I think just like uchiha sarutobi clan too proud of their element

The third had stuff like fire dragon flame bullet, and Asuma had burning ash. Sarutobi's primary element was fire, but Asuma's was wind. Perhaps it is just genetic that they will have katon as their primary or secondary.

well we know that sarutobi uses great ember firestyle, while uchiha uses fire ball or flamethrower firestyle techniques.
