Guys it's not about who's stronger but ability match. Like one character is strong against the other. also i'm not comparing overall abilities but only fighting abilities so medical ninjutsu and stuff like that doesn't count in here so:
Naruto>J-man
Naruto>Tsunade
Naruto > or = Oro, we don't really know
Sai < Tsunade
Sai < Jiraiya
Sai < Orochimaru
Sakura < Tsunade
Sakura < Jiraiya
Sakura < Orochimaru
BUT
IT'S ABOUT TEAMWORK
Sai and Sakura can keep enemies occupied and not die while Naruto wipes them out. And we have to agree he has the ability to do that. He's one of the greatest ninja now just like his Kyuubi is the boss among powerful Tailed beasts

if team 7 had Sai, then I'd give it to the Sannin although Sai is also a formidable shinobi
if team 7 had Sasuke, I'd go with team 7 but the Sannin do have more experience as a team and in general so they could probably put up a good fight. Jiraiya's still smarter than Naruto and I think has more techs, Oro is a beast so no knowing what'd he cook up, and Tsunade would destroy Sakura and provide support for Jiraiya and Oro so you never know. Don't underestimate the Sannin
