The Sannins VS Itachi & KIsame

And Itachi and Kisame are in their Prime too.


Conditions:
Jiraiya,Orochimaru & Tsunade at their prime.
Itachi & Kisame at their prime and kisame having the Samehada.

Threads like these drastically underestimate the strenght of the 3 sannin. I highly doubt anyone is in there caliber.

First off Orochimaru was able to beat Hiruzen, the only reason sasuke was even able to beat him was because he had no use of his arms. I think Orochimaru vs Itachi both in there prime Orochimaru would win, probably wont be easy but he seriously wont lose.

Next up we have Jariaya who I think can beat Kisame in a one on one fight and I say that for the following reasons.

1) Kisame summons an ocean, Jiriaya summons Boss Toad and uses Toad Oil Flame Jutsu to counter it.
2) He summons Ma and Pa and they go into Sage Mode and either trap Kisame in a genjutsu or just own him in general.

Lastly we have Tsunade who will place slugs on both of them and heal them while they are fighting, not to mention that with sneak attacks all she has to do is land 1 hit to end the fight.


Come on guys... The Legendary Sannin are Legendary for a very good reason.

2. Orochimaru in his prime is just NASTY!!. A handicapped oro was able to fight on equal footing with a 4 tailed naruto. By adding oro's edo, snake summons, snake tech, healing shedding, and immorality its just to much.

3. Tsunade is overkill. The sannins easily would win.

Kisame would struggle against oro and tobirama. Itachi already knows he cant beat jiraiya.

Itachi and kisame take this. Itachi will seal any edo. If either one is put into a genjutsu they can easily break out. Any tech send at Itachi or kisame will be absorbed by sameheda. Then you throw in kisame shark form and Itachis other attacks and its no contest.

I take the statement Itachi and Kisame said with a pinch of salt because I think it was a plot excuse for them not to capture Naruto.

That's the problem with most people on this base. They rather make their own assumptions instead of following the manga facts.

1. They made that statement after they fought jiraiya and naruto. So they saw some of what jiraiya was capable of.

2. Itachi was in anbu, he knows alot about the hidden leaf shinobi. If he doesnt think he can beat jiraiya then it is for good reason. Dont forget that even nagato admitted that jiraiya could have defeated him.

3. I think you are underrating jiraiya badly.

Kisame acted in such a manner mainly because of two words.

The reputation on the Legendary Sannin is enough to strike fear on most shinobi, this is why Kisame wasnt so confident about beating Jman. But alas, he never said anything about not being able to defeat him, what he said was he wasnt so sure..again because of the reputation the the Sannin had.

One thing is funny in this base... that people take the hype for granted when it comes to Madara, Hashirama, Hiruzen, etc, yet when it comes to the hype of the Sannins, people tend to bring them down. I wonder why... Really.
If the hype of one is to be taken for granted, why the hype of other isn't?
In my guess, I say Sannins. They've been renown for their teamwork and abilities.
They know each other for such a long times and they've had hundreds of missions together.
They didn't became feared around the world for nothing.

The way they got their hype is that Hanzo called them sannin because they survived against him. The emphasis is on survived. Besides, they broke up a long time ago.
While Itachi and Kisame are also a good team, so the same goes for their teamwork. (And Kisame can transfer chakra to Itachi through Samehada, just saying)

It not a fairy tale,just think that he will have more stamia just like in Edo form but the body is not invicible.
And just like i said Itachi can use Tsukuyomi on the three Sannin since he is healthy. And don't forget Amaterasu or Susanoo.

Edo gives you unlimited chakra. Nagato was sick and his chakra was still enormous, so I don't think it would make much of a difference if Itachi was healthy. He could only use a few MS techs and a few minutes of Susano in the manga. He would only gain another couple minutes in Susano or one more MS tech if anything. That's still not enough for edo senju brothers who would have unlimited chakra. Couple that with Oro and Tsunade on Kisame and J-man helping against Itachi.

OT: Katsuya slugs could be on all of them to break genjutsu, and like I said if Itachi uses Susano he would have extreme difficulty sealing the brothers while they are spamming big mokuton and water techs. Even if he did seal them, he would almost be running on empty. Then he would have an SM J-man with full stamina to deal with. I see Kisame lasting longer than Itachi though. After J-man is done there they would triple team him and it would be over quickly.

It can go either way to be honest.

orochimaru is overall below every Uchiha introduced to the manga.
tsunade is about as fast as kisame, I would say jiraiya is the fastest among the sannin in sage mode,
While Kisame is in water dome he could potentially nullify frog song or do damage to any of the sannin while in his element.
I'm not too sure how tsunade can dodge Amaterasu or avoid tsukuyomi or genjutsu in general,

The battle won't start off like itachi using Amaterasu off the bat or jiraiya blitzing in sage.

I guess it depends on who has the better teamwork? idk
