If Edo isn't or is restricted, Gokage still win mid-difficulty. Danzō uses Kotoamatsukami on Hashirama, that joins the side of Gokage and takes out all Hokage by himself, while Gokage battle the Sannin on even square. Once Hashirama has pinned down the Hokage, he'll use his Mokujin to beat the shit out of the Sannin. While if it is restricted, Gaara beats Orochimaru by using his large desert coffin and send him 200m below the surface. Ay and Ōnoki beat Jiraiya and summons while Mei beats Tsunade.

Team 2 low - mid difficulty. You made a mistake of adding Danzo in Team 2, KA stomps, He will use KA on Orochimaru most probably and the team will be weakened greatly, He has Izanagi too so you can say he has 11 lives.All that left is Hiruzen,Tsunade and Jiraiya.
Jiraiya will take time to go into SM and Raikage can simply take him out before he does anything.
Now about Hiruzen and Tsunade. Hiruzen doesn't have time to react to Ay's attacks so you could say Ay takes him out neg - difficulty.
All that is left is Tsunade, Raikage keeps her busy while Oonoki prepares his Jinton and after he's ready to attack Raikage goes the instant before the Particle style gets released.
