Nope. Kotoamatsukami from Danzo makes Oro switch to their side and the kage proceed to rape. But really though, I'm going to go ahead and assume that Edo Tensei and Kotoamatsukami are restricted.

If so, I'm going to assume sannin take this high diff. Hiruzen has mastered all 5 elements so he can easily take out Onoki's rock structures and Mei's entire arsenal. Jiraiya's frogs spitting out oil render sand, Danzo's fuuton is overpowered by Hiruzen or Jiraiya's katon, Onoki is taken out from a distance by Enma pole or Kusanagi blade before he can load up jinton, Ay's cloak gets blown off by Hiruzen's fuuton...in fact, all Team 1 has to do is delay the kage long enough for Jiraiya to go into Sage Mode, and then his frog genjutsu solos the kage.
