People seem to forget that Orochimaru didn't lose too much due to illness as much as he lost due to intention. His intention was to steal Sasuke's body, not stealthily assassinate him. If he wanted to, he would have bitten sasuke's head off after paralyzing him

Jiraiya said that he can never stand in Itachi's way. Sasuke is now about 2 times stronger than Itachi (unstopable Susanoo, Amaterasu, genjutsu).
Orochimaru ca't stand against genjutsu, so as Tsunade and Jiraiya.
Jiraiya can seal Amaterasu, Orochimaru change body.. But how fast can Jiraiya seal it? After both arms burned? Both legs and arms? Who know...

And Susanoo? No one of them can destroy it.
As we seen, Sasuke can control Manda with Sharingan. So he has all summons at his side, in the end.

If sasuke can overcome Edo( minato, harashima and saru) of oro while jiraya is disturbing him(sasuke) for oro to finish his edo. Sanni wins even till after death rematch.

I don't recall Jiraiya ever saying he couldn't stand in Itachi's way. I actually remember quite the opposite. Itachi ran away from Jiraiya, even with Kisame there, and stated that the best he could do vs Jiraiya is a tie. I think you got your facts twisted a good bit, buddy.
