Well Sakura is more agility, those thing bring Tsunade back down to earth faster.
And did you think the Chakra Enhance Strength channeled through he feet (super leap) was plausible.

So in the middle of battle she's going to perform a delicate, intricate surgery ? Sorry, hun, but no dice. It won't be like removing a foreign substance out of her body. She'll be removing blood.
As for your chakra leap theory. I would guess so. Sakura and Tsunade have performed extraordinary leaps. To think of those feats as just raw leg strength would be foolish.

You are complicating things again, Sakura can't die in battle she has the main character curse mark sort off ( ability to not die and gain power up any given time and place...sometimes for pink hair characters) but the leap probably was all Tsunade when she fought her fellow Sannin.

Sakura ? I was talking about Tsunade this whole, like you. We don't even know if Sakura has creation rebirth. If she were in that situation; she would die, regardless of being the main character or not. Main characters die all the time in anime/manga. Look at Deathnote and Code Geass.

Hidan would be able to take blood from her because of his speed and skill.
Hidan's blade isn't made for killing that's why he has the jutsu and the other rod.
Hidan tries to use the ritiual and it momentarilary disables Sakura till she heals.
Sakura figures out his curse seal and punches the ground before he can react.
Sakura uses the confusion to land a powerful blow on Hindan, making his immorality useless.
Sakura could also fall back on her summon and rely on it to help her out.
Sakura wins this high diff... and it's high diff because she would take a fatal blow but it wouldn't kill her due to her seal.
