1. The Sages body
The body of the sage is symbolic term denoting any of the Sage's descendant who has powerful willpower and physical energy. The Uzumaki and Senju clans are currently the only descendants who possess powerful willpower and physical energy.
The characters who possess this are the following:
Naruto - Natural
Hashirama - Natural
Nagato - Natural
Madara - DNA obtained from Hashirama
Interestingly, Tsunade has never been acknowledged for having natural Senju level willpower or physical energy, despite her physical feats.
2. The Sages eyes
The eyes of the sage is a symbolic term denoting any of the Sage's descendant who has powerful spiritual energy. The Uchiha is the only known descendants of the Sage who possess a inferior form of the Sage's eyes: The Sharingan. Nobody has a natural Rinnegan, which is the strongest doujutsu in existence, and possibly the most powerful KKG to be revealed.
The characters who possess the Sage's eyes are following:
Nagato - It's not clear whether this was natural
Madara - Obtained from Nagato
My guess is that Madara gave Nagato his Uchiha DNA: The mixture of Uzumaki DNA + Uchiha DNA = Rinnegan. This may explain why Madara claims the eyes are his, as the eyes required his DNA to activate.
3. The Sages yin chakra
It could be possible that, anybody with the Sage's eyes or a Sharingan generates powerful yin chakra. It's currently unclear if anybody has Sage's yin chakra.
However, the following characters could have Sage's yin chakra:
Nagato - Obtained from Madara DNA
Madara - Natural and obtained
Itachi - Natural
Sasuke - Natural
4. The Sages yang chakra
It could be possible that, anybody with the Sage's body could generate powerful yang chakra. It's currently unclear if anybody has Sage's yang chakra.
However, the following characters could have Sage's yang chakra:
Naruto - Natural
Hashirama - Natural
Nagato - Natural
Madara - Obtained from Hashirama
5. The sages pet
The Juubi is the primordial tailed beast, at its full power, it possessed all the chakra and abilities of 9 tailed beasts (including the yin half of the 9 tails).
At this point in time, the following characters possess a portion of Juubi chakra:
Naruto - Yang half Kyuubi
Death God - Yin half Kyuubi
Madara - 7 tailed beasts
Bee - Hachibi
6. The Sages weapons and items
The sword of Totsuka (or Kusanagi), the Yata mirror and the jewel Yasakani no Magatama
Last we heard Itachi had at least 2 of these sacred treasures. I know that these treasures could be only for the Susanoo. However, with a Rinnegan it may be possible to create a Susanoo and equip yourself with these items.

Compare the Yasakani no Magatama jewel and then what appears to be a necklace of this on the Sage. It's similar.

If these 3 items are originally the Sage's then the following people have them or may have them:
Itachi - Sword, Mirror
Sasuke - Given Sword, Mirror or gets them naturally with his Susanoo
Naruto - Given jewel to him by Itachi
The jewel is said to represent benevolence. If you look up benevolence in the dictionary the following is shown:
1. Desire to do good to others; goodwill; charitableness: to be filled with benevolence toward one's fellow creatures. 2. An act of kindness; a charitable gift. 3. English History. a forced contribution to the sovereign.
In a recent manga chapter, the gift/power to Naruto was revealed to be Shisui's eye and not the necklace. While this has dented my theory, as I had theorized Itachi would give the necklace, it does not end the probability of Naruto still getting the necklace of the Sage.
