They're the ones given the most attention to, have a circle of balance (toad>slug>snake>toad), from what I know are the only named ones that can talk minus Hiruzen's summon, and were used by the sannin. They're just much more prevalent in the series and we've seen that at least two of them, more than likely all three, are capable of using and teaching senjutsu.

Don't forget Kakashi's dogs. But I know what you're saying. I personally still think that there could be a different sage mode for all of the creatures like these, but after reading your thread, I believe more in your theory, or at least, I believe that Kishi is more likely to go that way than the way I thought before.

failed and boring thread . i stopped reading when u said naruto has perfect sage mode. well dude did u forget inorder for naruto to absorb nature energy he needs oil from mount moybukon , i frgt the toad land name. any way naruto cant even abosorb nature energy without oil which is unlike jiraiya who can abosorb nature energy on his own. so SM jiraiya is better than naruto but jiraiya only looks odd and ugly in his sm.:izuna:

Naruto's SM is perfect - give me ONE panel outside of his training when he used oil to absorb nature chakra. Jiraiya was less capable of absorbing the chakra than Naruto, Naruto can now practically instantly enter SM within an instant and has shown more feats with it in both jutsu and strength.

I like Jiraiya as well but his SM wasn't perfect, he couldn't fully control the chakra although it's still incredible he got as far as he did with it. Please re-read the parts of manga where Naruto uses his SM and Jiraiya's fight with pain and then tell me that Naruto's isn't perfect.

i feel this thread possibly has some headway with the story, tho it was smart to make it after like two abilities of the dragon sage mode were shown for kabuto....who knows maybe they might stop after 2 modes...tho it would also make more sense if they had all 3 now that this has been brought to our attention....with this theory involved in the middle of the war arc...who and when would they go find the forest for the slug and master the slug mode and when exactly is it the right time for they to intorduce themselves in the arc....are we even sure it could be included in this arc?

....boring? well its a "theory" thread which is ballsy enough to try on here and on top of that its in the most comical humor how u tried to refute with NO FACTS or any corroboration....read the whole thread, read the whole manga chapters again when naruto got sage mode...he needed the oil...then he didnt need it anymore...and in the manga now he can access it in the field....hes done that to a path of pein, and hes charged up sage mode in the field against the third raikage...oh i almost forgot the funniest thing...jiraiyas sm was themed "HONORED" sage mode....he could only do it with the help of ma and pa toad on his shoulders hence why they tried to do that tech on naruto for training but they couldnt becuz of the 9tail fox spirit. NOW narutos sage mode is BETTER than his because his frog attributes only exposes out his eyes not his nose and feet etc.....lol hence again why this dudes theory states kabutos is IMPERFECT...meaning if his sage mode was perfect he shouldnt have any animal markings on his body or even his face only his eyes....LOL and u couldnt read it all??? i admit it was long....i finished this morn it was like a 4 min read big deal at least he didnt lie to us...:scorps:

i started thinking sure why not, im not sure true sage mode is fusion of these three only that there is a link and slug sm exist , and is it kinda senju thing altough these places isn't for only one surname , or like kekkei genkais they' r open to anyone who got right body to wield ability which get me thinking which is for uchiha? obvious answer would be snake. since uchihas generally are good at analyzing smart complex now even extreme cases pure good and pure evil, but it isnt allways been like this for uchiha for example obito and shisui are said to be much like naruto, got will of fire and right mind not that much differ than any other great konoha shinobi so i would claim that uchihas would use toad sage mode, why not.. there is barrier who can come and learn i think kabuto cant go to toad place since hes evil and usually ability must be learn under guidance of great snake / old toads etc... back to why senju got slugs it must be somewhat the same that snake poisons and recovery what we know hashirama utilized much.. his wood element gave much to think it had some sage mode since trees live source of life, it much like kabuto ability to give life to something that isn't alive and make it change shape, wood element is just completely oposite of that and same time very much the same

Who knows if it's true or not. Seems like it could be legit. I read the entire thing and could go on forever in response to the thread. But I'm too tired. Hopefully something like this happens where Naruto gets all three Sage modes and becomes the ultimate sage. Or maybe Sakura learns the Slug Sage mode. Sasuke has EMS so he doesn't deserve to have Snake Sage mode like Kabuto, plus I hate Sasuke.
