RM gives him more power than just flying. wheres his cloak? wheres his TSB, its been 2 years he should have more, wheres his cloak and sensing ability?, base RM naruto dodged limbo, in the last we see naruto getting hit by laughable attacks. naruto was never shown touching with his own hands one of toneri's watered down TSB either, he was just blocking them with rasengan.

He didn't use them, but if he flew it was due to Rikodou chakra, therefore he still has RM. Naruto didn't use a lot of moves before in battle, that doesn't mean he doesn't have them.

The battle was over, there wasnt any reason for him to use it. He also didnt his cloak for romantic easo during the kiss at the en. The point is him and Toneri were shown flying multiple times throughout the film when using their chakra cloak.

You only use the movie argument, kishimoto doesn't recommend on reading the manga to be able to understand what's happening on the movie. The movie is somewhat filler.

Beginning of the movie he was too reliant on Sai to travel, if he had RSM he could have easily flied alone he could have even carried people with his chakra arms

They weren't flying they were moving in high speed U_U

Sasukes rinnegan was shown but not Narutos RSM, whys that? Naruto had the screen time not Sasuke
