well.. wind.. it is the movement of the air, naturally from an area with high pressure, to an area with low pressure.
but you can change the direction by using a ventilator, or just your mouth.
wind can make electricity, by using something like a windmill.
wind is strong against electricity, but weak against fire.

Wind, like you said, is the movement of the air from areas of high pressure, to low pressure. Wind can be gentle, the the cool, and easy summer breeze blowing against your face on a day at he beach. Or it can be a powerful ferocious element, tearing trees out of the ground, and hurling them everywhere as if they were play things in the form of a tornado.

*I snap my fingers, and all of a sudden were in field where the wind is blowing calmly*

Well, i have not much of an opinion bout it,
Today, i like it, cuz it cools things down on this warm day.
But tomorrow, when it is colder, i might hate it, cuz it cools things even more down...
Really, how i feel about things doesn't change a thing,...
It's to focussed on this very day...

Now, lets begin working with chakra.

*i snap my fingers and we arrive back at the training feild.*

Now, focus your chakra into this leaf, and cut it in half.
*hands you leaf*

*I take the leaf, and starts focussing my chakra on it.
I try to focuss a very sharp chakra on it. like even sharper than a cut sword...
I make the chakra flow a few times from the one half of the leaf, to the other end.*

Try again, imagine your chakra being grinded by two blades making it finer and finer, make your chkara as thin as possible.

*I grab the second leaf, and let my chakra get into it.
then I start making the chakras as thin as possible, and starts focussing on 2 grinding blades, that makes the chakra even thinner. then I let the chakra flow from one half of the leaf, to the other, making the leaf being cut in 2*

*i form a single handseal, causing a large plateau to rise up from the ground. I then create a small waterfall that falls down the middle of the rampart, and raising earth steps for you to stand on.*

Ok now, stand on the steps, and focus your chakra into the waterfall and cut it horizontally, stopping the flow of water for just a bit.

making the chakras as thin as possible...
*I make the chakras rub against each other like 2 blades that are sharpening each other...
then I concentrate the chakras in my right hand, and make them circulate to my left, by cutting them through the water. afterwards, i do the same thing, but from the right to the left.*

Mold your wind chakra, and blow it out in the form of a gust of wind, towards my clone. Try and pick up some sand and dust in the enviornment.
