I'll be using my Hatake Kakashi biography, post the bio you are going to use and choose who goes first, if you have any further stipulations i'm fine with them.
This is a closed battle between me and Serpent.
The Sun shinning high in the sky, a slight breeze feels the landscape. A robed man walks out into Mid-Ranged with red clouds and a straw hat covering his face. "Hatake Kakashi, where are you hiding the Kyūbi Jinchurriki?" the cloaked figure asks as he grabs the straw hat and tosses it to the side. Red shoulder length hair blows in the breeze and a rippled pattern eye looks upon you, the other covered by the bangs that flow in front of his face.

One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. Dispicted as the eyes of the SO6P, the Rinnegan awaken on Madara Uchiha after he obtained his EMS and implanted Hashirama's Senju cells in himself. Having both lineage from the SO6P allowed him to awake the Rinnegan. When Madara activates the Rinnegan, he seems to not suffer any kind decrease in his EMS abilities in terms of tracking speed, clarity of perception or seeing chakra. Eventually his eyes were bestowed upon Nagato Uzumaki and in him manifested lower abilities (equal or comparable to MS). While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara could switch at will between his EMS and Rinnegan eyes, although he wasn't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Eventually Obito transplanted Nagato's (and subsequently Madara's) Left Rinnegan into himself. By doing so he gained access to both Doujutsu at the same time although losing the ability to deactivate the Rinnegan and as such, losing chakra constantly to maintain it.

After having a complete Madara bio with Rinnegan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. Hatake Kakashi looks at his adversary, with his right eye glaring at his opponent, wearing the standard Konoha Jonin clothes and a white cloak covering those clothes, with the "Seventh Hokage" written vertically across the back of his cloak, upon seeing the Akatsuki member tossing his straw hat, Kakashi does the same, only with his Hokage hat, while also using his left hand to lift his Konohagakure headband protector that's covering his left eye, revealing his crimson red eye, the eye that was passed to him by Uchiha Obito, with the new light shining in his left eye, Kakashi looks at the Akatsuki member with his 3T Sharingan recording his moves, this act of activation is a passive one.

Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Upon saying those words, Kakashi strings a few handseals at blazing speeds, almost as if his hands moves in a blur, causing two gigantic earthen formations to rise to the sides of Nagato's body, the earth sections are composed of two jaw like shapes of rock, as they rise to the sides of Nagato, they slam against one another, with an attempt to crush Nagato in between them along with anything located in between the two large slaps.

Description: The user performs the Ram → Horse → Tiger → Rabbit → Snake and slams their palm on the ground. Instantly, the ground to the sides of the opponent take the shape of huge jaws and attempt to crush and stab him between them.
Stringing a few handseals after causing the earth to form jaws, Kakashi utilizes his water release chakra after finishing the formation of the handseals, causing a large amount of water to be summoned out of the ground around the slabs formation and within it as well, the water rises around the slaps forming a "bowl" of water with you and the earth formations in the middle, catching you if you try to run and trapping you within, while the water that rises from beneath you soaks you in water, picture it like a bowl filled with water from the inside.

Description: After performing the required hand signs Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger the user makes water rise from the ground and they can use this water in various ways. They can create a body of water for a water summoning to be encased in and allow them to move around where normally no water exists, or create a body of water to block incoming attacks or surround his target and then drown them.
Afterwards, Kakashi utilizes his lightning chakra, forming a large cloud over the battlefield that's kneaded with Kakashi's chakra, raining lightning bolts down the battlefield towards Nagato's location from above, the bolts cover the whole area the bowl covers from above, electrifying all the water the second they touch it.

"Last time you only faced three of my abilitys, and it was to much for you to handle. This time, you face all of my might, the might of God!" Nagato says as he shitfts his gaze to your overall body avoiding eye contact. He then notices your chakra flicker as you make handseals. Then suddnely, two rock formations from Nagato's sides begins to rise, nagato quickly places both his hands out and activates his Deva Path, releasing a small scale pulse that will quickly blast away the earth slabs causing them to crumble away to the sides.

Description:
Using the Deva Paths abilities to manipulate gravitational forces, the user will repulse and push away anything around him up to a given range, in all directions, producing an omni-repulsion effect. The force and repulsive effect is absolute, affecting both energy and matter alike. The technique itself can be used with different ranges/sizes, depending on how much chakra the user spends for the technique and can even, in its smaller form, be sustained, forming a static defensive field instead of a wave-like effect. Shōkibo - Small Scale:the user will push away anything around him up to short range. The offensive power in this size is not that high as it hits opponents but can still do severe damage. It isn't, however, fatal, boasting a physical 40 damage. If the user focuses this ability with the help of his hands he can sustain a defensive absolute repulsive field around him. He can't, however, do any technique while he is sustaining it and he can only sustain it for 2 turns. Once used, takes one turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again. Chūkibo - Medium Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to mid range. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Ōkibo - Large Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to long range. The offensive power of the technique is devastating and anything in its path that doesn't manage to defend properly is left obliterated. Its fatal if unguarded, boasting a physical damage of 160. Using this techniques poses a great deal of danger to the user as he damages his chakra pathway itself to be able to mold sufficient chakra to perform it. Once used, the user loses the use any gravitational related techniques for the remainder of the fight and is unable to mold chakra for techniques above A-Rank for 5 turns.
Note: the technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be blocked or stopped. However, the enemies can still use techniques that prevent or reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if the logically counter.
Note: can only be used by Rinnegan bios with the (Tendō) - Deva Path active
Nagato then feels the water begin to rise at his feet, quickly engulfing him. "Interesting, does he really think I can be bound by ninjutsu as weak as this" Nagato thinks as he see's you chakra begin to flicker as clouds form above. "Ah, I see now, he plans on using a combination attack." Nagato concludes as he then activates his Preta Path. Then, as the Lightning bolts rain down Nagato begins to absorb the water just before the bolts hit, then as the bolts hit and "fuse" into the water forming an electrified water combo, it all gets absorbed by Nagato's Absorption ability.

Description: The user activates the Preta Path which grants the ability to absorb any chakra based attack using the Blocking Technique Absorption Seal, the user could absorb an infinite amount of chakra in any form. And the technique can be used in direct physical contact and absorb their chakra from their body or to create a barrier around them to absorb incoming Ninjutsu techniques.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan biographies for the activation of the path and will remain continously activated.

Description: A highly advanced sealing technique that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any shape or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra within one's body in the opposite direction. As a result, this technique can absorb any ninjutsu based technique, regardless of power, without harming the user. Should the user get close enough to grab the opponent, the barrier can absorb chakra right out of an individual's body, effectively draining them (similar to the Chakra Absorption Technique). If the user is weakened or injured, he can use this technique to absorb chakra and replenish his chakra resources and restore his stamina and chakra flow. If used to absorb Bijuu chakra, the user can even regenerate, using the special vitality of that powerful chakra to power his body and regenerate. However, the user will also be vulnerable to the effects of chakra he cannot control, such as the sage chakra. Both these aspects, however, pertain to a direct contact absorption and not technique absorption.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan bios with the (Gakidō) - Preta Path active.

With you attacks now nulled, Nagato begins walking to the side maintaining a mid-ranged distance from you. "Kakashi, you attack so hastily. Have you even concitered that this fight is meaningless? You know if You don't give me the information I need I can just take it from you." Nagato says in a threatening voice as he picks up the pace and begins sprinting, changing course for your direction, he makes a quick set of handseals releasing a torrent of fireballs at your location, these fireballs have small hidden "Chakra Rods" (see Bio for info) hidden within them, the chakra rods are the size of normal kunai.

Description: The user first performs six hand seals Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger and they create a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

Description: A highly advanced sealing technique that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any shape or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra within one's body in the opposite direction. As a result, this technique can absorb any ninjutsu based technique, regardless of power, without harming the user. Should the user get close enough to grab the opponent, the barrier can absorb chakra right out of an individual's body, effectively draining them (similar to the Chakra Absorption Technique). If the user is weakened or injured, he can use this technique to absorb chakra and replenish his chakra resources and restore his stamina and chakra flow. If used to absorb Bijuu chakra, the user can even regenerate, using the special vitality of that powerful chakra to power his body and regenerate. However, the user will also be vulnerable to the effects of chakra he cannot control, such as the sage chakra. Both these aspects, however, pertain to a direct contact absorption and not technique absorption.

Nagato says in a threatening voice as he picks up the pace and begins sprinting, changing course for your direction, he makes a quick set of handseals releasing a torrent of fireballs at your location, these fireballs have small hidden "Chakra Rods" (see Bio for info) hidden within them, the chakra rods are the size of normal kunai.

Description: The user first performs six hand seals Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger and they create a volley of small fireballs, which are sent flying in an unpredictable manner assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can also be concealed within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction.

As Kakashi sees Nagato releasing the fireballs towards his location, Kakashi utilizes his wind chakra, creating a wall of air in front of him that's blowing backwards towards Kakashi, the wall is created 4 meters away from Kakashi's position and as such, it takes the hit of the fireballs instead of hitting Kakashi, while also catching the rods in the midst of the wind wall, and while it seems that the wall is going to hit Kakashi, it is reversed, heading towards Nagato instead, now strengthened by the fire technique and also carrying the rods within it, a strong S-rank wall of blazing winds.

Description: The user creates a wall out of wind that is blowing backwards. Any fire jutsu that hits this wall will be strengthened and sent back at the opponent because when the fire jutsu hits the wall, the user will then reverse the polarity at which the wind is blowing, causing the wind to blow forward, making the fire jutsu change directions.
In conjunction to that, Kakashi now masked by the wall of flaming winds takes advantage of this fact, crossing his hands and forming 2 clones of himself in front of him, each are 5 meters away from one another and 2 meters away from Kakashi, as the clones are created, each of them bearing the 3 tomoe Sharingan in their left eye, the clone on the right opens his left palm while pointing it towards the clone on the left, and the clone on the left does the same with his right hand, using Raikiri which is radiated between the clones' hands, connected to their hands, a "cable" of lightning energy is made between them held by their hands as they rage their way towards Nagato, as they run they increase the angle running in a diagonal pattern increasing the gap between them as far as 10 meters, with the lightning cable having the effects of Raikiri, it cuts everything in between them. Meanwhile, Kakashi watches how the situation unfolds, waiting for his opportunity to strike.

As Nagato see's his fire technique be redirected and infused with an incomming wind technique he activates his Animal Path while thinking "Cheap trick". Nagato then slams his hands together while our views of eachother are blocked. This summons a Giant Panda in front of Nagato's location. This Panda places his hands out infront of himself in a defensive manor steding himself to take the blunt of the attack. Then, the wind/fire combo hits the Panda, dealing massive damage to it as his body forms a narrow "passageway" for nagato to safely stand.

Description: Nagato will activate the Animal path which grants him the ability to summon various creatures to help aide in battle. Each creature served a different purpose in battle. Each animal summon also has the Rinnengan and as such Nagato is able to see through their eyes as well. Each animal had various body piercings as well, suggesting that they too were under his control. The user needs to clap his hands in order to do the summons, not needing the traditional blood sacrifice and can summon 2 animals at the same time.

Description: It resembles a regular panda bear with the exception that it has a number of large piercings all over its body, wears a sash around its waist and possesses Rinnegan eyes. His skin is all covered in lumps and has a texture reminiscent or rock, a fact clearly in line with its abilities. The Giant Panda has the ability to harden its body creating a defensive barricade for its summoner and acting as a shield. It can block up to any A-Rank attack it can intercept completely with its body and can be sacrificed to defend against one S-Rank attack. It doesn't, however, have great moving speed or agility, being very slow to move around once summoned. Like all other animals summoned by Pain, the animal has a shared field of vision with Nagato.

Then as the attack passes and the panda begins to die as it's eyes fade back with it's eyelids closing from it's sacrifice. Nagato, through his shared vision see's in it's view two Kakashi's which he presumes to be clones as another Kakashi is safely in the background are closing in on his location with a linked Lightning Blade. Nagato quickly activates his Asura Path as four new arms form and his feet open up releasing powerful chakra blasts from his boots that lift him up into the air at fast speed. This allows him to avoid the chain as it slices though the panda with ease.

Description: The user will activate the Asura Path which grants him the ability to summon mechanised armor, augmenting their body with extra limbs and various robotic weaponry. It allows the user to create up to 4 extra arms which can be used in a variety of ways. Such as grabbing their opponent and using a hidden chakra cannon in on the arms to attack his opponent. He can also alter his ownhead to manifest additional faces with additional pairs of eyes, all linked together. The possibilities are multiple. With enough mastery, the user can even be granted flight as long as he fuels the technique. In this case however, he needs to spend chakra to sustain flight, spending a move to keep active.

You're going to need more then simple clones to defeat me, Kakashi. Nagato, flying over the chain with ease opens up one of his arms revealing missile bays which releases four missiles which target Kakashi's chakra. Two of them are targeted on the Kakashi Clones (One missile per clone) And the remaining two are heading at Kakashi himself.
