Who knows whom is going to show up again.

I bet NO ONE had exspected to see either Hacchi, Buggy, Mister 3, Crocodile or Bon Clay again after they vanished the first time around.. shows what we know doesn't it?

If CP9 turns up again.. who knows, part of me hope so.
I thought their story was very tragic, and I am genuinly hoping that at least some of them got to have a better life for themselves down along the line.. that they didn't all just die doing bustercall, that would be so sad.

I can't really imagine them working for the World Goverment any-more, I mean basically what they went through is, they didn't feel like they had any choice but to become assasins. Then they got to try how it was to have a better normal life, and liked it.. Only to be forced back into some-thing they actually didn't like all that much nor believe in, to fight for some-one they had no respect for and left them to die as the heat got turned up.

If any of them still work for the world goverment, call me surprised. Only way I could see that happening is if the WG had some-thing on some of them. you know, black mail material.

They where shown in front page of several chapters still being in the goverment i think, i do not remember the chapters numbers though.

Idk i am honestly a bit annoyed by these "will we see this guy again" threads, specially about Enel, there are so many of them. The Impel down arc was a logical step towards reshowing us some older characters since they where imprisoned after SH's defeated them. And that's it, while i agree that the SH's will in some way or another see Enel again, this time though he wont be the main villain. As to Rob Lucci and the other cp9 dudes i do not see any point of them returning they have no impact in the plot line.

I'm not expert, but i never heard japanese saying 'L', Luffy's name is even romanized like Monki D. Rufi.
When a Japanese person says an R they pronounce the R. When they pronounce an L, they roll their tongue. They're still saying the letter L.
Gentlemen, I think that you have problem with this process called romanization. Now, I don't know a shit about Japanese and romanization of the language but I Google it ( what someone of you should do in the first place ) and here you have your answer...

Luffy is pronounced Rufi ( check Google Translate ) but romanization of a letter L is Ru.
The romanization of Japanese is the application of the Latin script to write the Japanese language.
...says Wikipedia.
So, basically, the guy who was telling that L is the right letter in Luffy's name is right.

OT: I would love to see Rob again... I don't care will he be a villain or good guy but I would love to see him again.

Thats the german format of his name. You sir are cultrally insensitive. Shame on you.
Format? Pretty sure it's called a spelling. You're just trying to come across as being at least quite smart :coffee:

How am I being culturally insensitive by correcting somebody? That's got nothing to do with Culture! Even if Germans are speaking a different language almost all of their letters are the same as the ones we use. This includes L. The German spelling is Luffy too.

Ever heard of Romanization/Romaji? Might wanna look it up.

It's clear the guy has been reading a terrible translation for far too long.

Nope I just read it in the sbs. It said in each country there is different format of the characters names. And the last part was a joke. Please if i made you butt hurt i apologize. XD

Well, here in Denmark.. which is very close to Germany, the characters are just called the english names,

Luffy, Zolo and Usopp... still stuck on Zolo though, still stuck on Zolo.. urgh..

You know what makes absolutely no sense? They say they changed "Zoro's." name to "Zolo." due to copyright infringement and avoiding name confusion with the black fox Zorro.

Zorro is public domain now! He is that old an character! So you CAN'T file any copy-fright infringement, he is public domain! The character is over a hundred years old as his first book apperance was in fact, in 1902.. sigh.

And for name confusion.. can't we just call it a loving tribute, I have no idea if it actually is, but it kind of have to be.
Zorro is a character known for being the best fencer/swordsman alive within his univers, and Zoro aims to be the best swordsman alive... so yeah. I see it, I see it.
