Not true

1: he hasn't responded yet, so he still can try to avoid/block it, unless he said to you on your profile that he gives up. If not it's not over.

2: You already died some turns ago. Myartisblast used a Great Dragonfire to overcome Pressure Damage you send at him. Because fire > wind and they are both A-rank so the Dragofire overpowered your jutsu and went straight to you and on that moment you used Toad Oil Flame Bomb, but you didn't posted the jutsu for oil, so it didn't work and burned you.

You are, here's a summary because due to all the different posts it's a bit confusing of what the actual battle was:

1: You used at a certain point Chidori Senbon A-Rank lightning
2: TCS used Pressure Damage A-rank wind to overpower it
3: As the Pressure Damage is coming at you, you used Great Dragonfire A-Rank fire to overpower it
4: The Great Dragonfire is going to TCS, however in the meantime he was doing the Toad Oil Flame Bomb, but he didn't do it right. He didn't posted this jutsu:
