The new chapter gave a lot of information that people have been waiting around for years now, and thus it also gave birth to new theories and ideas. Now, this thread is partially theory and partially facts explanation. I want to discuss and theorize over the four reincarnations that have taken place in the Manga up until now. The manga has already given us one of these as a fact, and that is Naruto's.
Hagoromo says it himself, his son, the younger brother Ashura was reincarnated into Uzumaki Naruto. Even so, we still have a total of three other people that could have been reincarnated into other people, these are: Indra, Hagoromo and Hagoromo's Brother. Now seeing how Naruto is the reincarnation of the younger son, then its quite obvious that Sasuke is the reincarnation of the older brother, Indra. So that leaves only two more people to be reincarnated, I will start with Hagoromo and this is also where the theories start.
They also have similar ideas and they both also failed. Both Hagoromo and Obito wished for peace, and from Obito's actions prior to becoming the Juubi's Jin and after we can see that he also did care about others. He dragged out the war, wanting to understand Naruto as a person and wanting Naruto to reason with him. Obito wanted to be understood, same as Naruto once did, he wanted to show that but he was also corrupted by the hatred at the same time. He tried to bring peace and order, but he failed, same as Hagoromo.
Now, the brother of Hagoromo, was reincarnated in Madara Uchiha. From what we've seen, their looks are alike and their staffs are alike. We don't know enough of this brother to know about his personality, but its highly likely that Madara and he is a lot alike each other.
This also makes sense from a story perspective, Hagoromo and his brother defeated and sealed away the Juubi. Madara and Obito gave birth to the Juubi again and controlled it. A popular story element to use when telling a story is to end the story in the same manner as you started it, only in reverse. This is what I think happened here, and it does make some sense, right?

Hagoromo was reincarnated in Obito Uchiha. From his appearance and staff, we can see that he looks a lot like Hagoromo.
