What you say concerning Deidara's inexperience concerning dojutsus is legit, but you should also take into consideration that thru Deidara, it's Kishi trying to send us a message concerning Kakashi's new occular power

However, by that logic, you might also say that:

• Through Iruka, Kishi's telling us that Hiruzen is stronger than Hashirama, Tobirama and Minato
• Through Suigetsu, Kishi's telling us that the Helmsplitter can get through all defenses, such as the Perfect Susanoo or the Rashömon gates
• Through Fukasaku, Kishi's telling us that beating Pain without intel is impossible, which would result in him beating guys like Hashirama, Tobirama, Minato, Hiruzen, and more.
