i dont think so, in sakuras little world it's the best for sasuke to stay in konoha and the only one who can bring him back is naruto. therefore the decision to stop naruto chasing sasuke is a sign that sakura doesnt believe anymore that anyone can save sasuke, she still loves him or what he was, but she doesnt want naruto to get hurt or die for him.

Absolutely true there are much better things to talk about than to sit and juggle wether or not Sakura was sincere in her weak ass confession like yamato kicking sakura in the tits lol but really Sakura doesn't love Naruto like that okay he's in the friend zone havn't you just friends damn it

Just to make things more interesting, I bet kishi will throw Hinata into the mix, either through naruto or kiba. That would definatly make things even more awkward then they are now.

About this one, we must consider the flashback where she's talking with the remaining rookies (including Hinata 
) about the fact that she wanted them to do something for her. Further, she told Kiba that she wanted to say "that?"... Considering everyone's reaction when she told Naruto about her feelings, this confession isn't what she previously told everyone about. If we took that in consideration, plus the talking with Shikamaru, I think it's clear she's hiding something beneath the scene. What she's hiding (or not) will be known on the next chapter.
However, we can't just forget the previous confession (Hinata) and the fact she didn't died back there (usually, a character is killed or neutralized in a way or another to solve a love triangle). I'm pretty sure it's still too early to determine and say with all the conviction: "It's X!" or "It's Y!".
