Lol,flying isn't a rinnegan path. sasuke use quite a few unexplained techniques in the boruto movie. If anything i would say his susanoo upraged to a stage where it doesn't need to be complete body,before it can levitate or it's just one of sp fanfic animation that wasn't part of the original script.

Which abilities did Sasuke use which are unexplained techniques, it has been a long time since I watched the movie.

Nagato demonstrated he could fly or levitate thanks to his Rinnegan, I believe it was deva path that was talking to Tsunade.

Eigthy God is a Juken technique, Naruto doesn't have Juken therefore can't destroy chakra constructs like Kaguya

Vacuum fist is'nt specifically a jyuken technique. Its a force impact created by chakra. It doesnt attack the chakra network. Naruto matched that power for a brief time without an avatar.

Sasuke knows the location names of the Sage animals, he can ask Kabuto or Orochimaru the location of the Sage Snake yet Sasuke doesn't do it.
