What's so hokage worthy about him? Many things but I'll just drop one.......He was trained by the 3rd himself. =D

This isn't really a good reason. Because this way Oro would also be worthy and I think we can all agree that he isn't.

Oro was also worthy but the path he choosed was the wrong one which made him not worthy that's why he isn't up there. J-Man was already picked to be the 5th. -.-
