Kaname notices a strange man in the distance, he had no time to talk all he wanted to do was defeat this man quickly and then go do something else. So he began by gathering his Suiton chakra and performs a single hand sign and manipulates hi suiton chakra to take the form of a great beast of water, the beast of water locks onto the man and releases a powerful jet of water (Equivalent to a B rank) at the man.

As the water beast is created Utakata draws his bubble blower and places it into his mouth. He watches calmly as a stream of water heads towards him, in response he blows a protective bubble which surrounds him and absorbs all the damage the stream would've dealt. He then proceeds to stand there and await the next attack.

Kaname noticing the man defend from his attack and disperse the water beast influenced him to take a different course of action, he began gathering his Hyouton chakra into the air and moulded the chakra to form several thin discs of ice, which proved incredibly hard to see, as the discs were launched at the man Kaname began manipulating his Hyouton chakra again to cause it to start snowing blinding the enemy from viewing where Kaname was. Kaname performed a single hand sign and manipulated his Suiton chakra causing it to rain as well as snow thus allowing Kaname to know where his opponent was.

Because of their transparency, the ice disks can be used as a large lens to focus rays of heat from the sun into a powerful beam to capable of melting or exploding a pinpointed area.

Despite not as hindering as the hidden mist, the technique enables a ninja to more stealthy move and surprise his enemy who will be hindered by both the thin mist and the freezing temperature.

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
