That is completely true, if the Uchiha clan isn't full mainly of family if so then their would be some family sexing going on. Like Sasuke's mother probably wasn't born in the Uchiha clan but was entered in through marriage.
Like Naruto may enter the Hyuuga clan if he marries Hinata because she is in the head branch also their children may have the byukugan. It helps being the hero of the leaf too.
With the new insight on the origins of the Senju and Uchiha Clans, and further thinking on the subject, in this theory I will attempt to reinforce the idea that Naruto is a Senju. I will use my original theory on

as reinforcement of this statement. In that theory, I theorized that Kishi used the order of the Hindu chakra system as inspiration behind the order of Konoha's Hokages, and characteristics they had.
Continuing with the idea that Kishi did use the Hindu Chakra System as influence for Konoha's most important person, I would also like to state that all (official) Hokages are and will be Senju descendents. We know for a fact that the First, Second and Fifth are Senjus. There is not too much information on the origins of the Third, Hiruzen Sarutobi, and the Fourth, Minato Namikaze.
However, we have one statement from Tobi in Chapter 399, which alludes to the possibility of Hiruzen and Minato being Senju:

The Hokage Mountain shows faces up to Minato with Tobi saying "As time passed... and Senju retained supremacy". This definitely alludes to a great possibility that Minato and those before him were Senju.
When discussing Minato Namikaze's Senju ancestry, I may be taking a shot in the dark but this is where my theory on Kishi's Hokage Selection comes in as reinforcement.

Second, life force and its relation to the Hindu concept of chakra:
So in Hinduism, chakra literally means disc or wheel. It is visualized to be a spinning sphere of spiritual energy. According to Wikipedia, chakra is believed to be a center of activity that receives, assimilates, and expresses life force energy. Kishi has integrated this idea within the manga by employing the Rasengan. The Rasengan is the materialization of the Hindu concept of chakra.
So what am I saying?
Anyone who uses Rasengan in the manga is also a Senju descendant.
Why?
Well, going with the theory that Kishi uses the Hindu Chakra System as a pattern for Hokage Selection, I am stating that Hokages have a unique characteristic to them... Rikudo's life force which is related to chakra spheres. For instance, Minato the 4th, invented the Rasengan. Jiraiya was chosen to be the 5th Hokage, but rejected the position. And it has been stated that Kakashi should be the 6th Hokage, and he also knows how to wield the Rasengan.
Now you might say, well anyone with a Sharingan can copy and use the Rasengan as well. Well, it hasn't been shown yet that a Sharingan user can copy Rasengan, due to its lack of hand seals. But, I didn't say anyone who knows how, but only anyone has just been shown to use it.
Conclusion:
The Konoha Hokages are related to spherical life forces of the Senju Clan AKA all the Hokages are and will remain Senju, and if factual statement of their Senju ancestry is not revealed, then wielding the Rasengan serves as a sign of proof of their blood. Thus, Naruto's mastery of Rasengan (along with Kakashi & Jiraiya) shows he's a Senju.
P.S. - I can't think of how Rikudo's life force enables Senju, particularly the First, to control Bijuus, so any insight or discussion on it is valuable!
Naruto is not a Senju Kishi is going to great lents to make that clear its His Uzumaki blood that is making a statement. Strong and clear that the Uzumaki are the saviors of the Nija world. The Senju and Uchiha are coming to an end its the Uzumaki Dynasty that will rule the New coming World.
