Where exactly did we see Tsunade being the last living Senju? Since Senju was the strongest clan, there still has to be lots of Senjus in the present.
About Naruto's mother, lets assume she wasn't Senju since she was from different village. About Minato Namikaze, hmmm... let's see.
If i'm not wrong, japanese inherit theri surnames from their mother(see Naruto Uzumaki). So, we can say that Minato's mother is from Namikaze clan. What about his father? There comes the big question. He could have been a Senju or any other clan.
Again, lets focus naruto who has large amount of chakra. Considering the description of Senju, there's a great possibility that Naruto is a senju. Also, remember Madara saw 1st Hokage in Naruto, just like Kakashi saw Minato in Naruto, and Tsunade saw Minato & Jiraiya in Naruto. Madara also told Naruto that his fight with Sasuke was destined. (Senju v/s Uchiha destined).
So, my conclusion is that there is 99% chance of Naruto being a Senju.

Considering the amount of chakra he possesses, i don't think Kakashi is senju. Rasengan is A-level ninjutsu, any skilled shinobi with considerable amount of chakra can learn it(even Konohamaru, eh!!!).

You do not need to be a Senju to have large Chakra reserves, and Sines the founding of the Village you have had 3 World Ninja war in the last one Tsunade lost Her Lover and the last Senju Male Her Brother. In W.W.II Many Families were wipe out by war, that why they came up with a law to keep One male member from going to war so that somebody be still alive to carry on the family name.Their no more original Washington's or Lincoln's
alive today from George and Abraham alive today. It happens.

None of the USA Founding Fathers has a living descendant today to this country they were the Senju of America yet their ideas live in America like the idea of Senju in the Village. War and time are enemies no man or family can overcome. We all pay times judgment.

I've always noticed that the Senju didn't look like a clan. They seem more like a grouping of clans. One brother has black hair and the younger one has white hair? Possible. However, there is no mistaking the descendants of all the other clans (Uchiha, Hyuuga, etc).
Dan was aiming to be Hokage so that would mean he was A) Senju or B) Aware that non-Senju could somehow become Hokage.
If A, then Shizune = Senju too. If B, then Minato was probably not Senju.

I didn't say one has to be Senju to have large chakra reserves. What i said was that one with higher chakra reserves has higher chance of being a Senju compared to those having lower reserves. I'm well aware of the 3rd Ninja war, Tsuande's lover and Her brother. But what makes you so sure of Tsunade's brother being the last Male Senju. If you can provide me your source, i'll be very happy.

All evidence points to Tsunade being the Last Senju. Fact Japanese culture like western Culture The Male members Pass the family name to their children's, Females become part of Husband Family. A Senju Woman marring a non Senju Her Children have the name of the father family. 2. Over one hundred years of fighting to establish and maintain the village a Senju had to take the lead and be the example for all to follow,that means the first in a fight was a Senju and the last in leaving the fight. Thats the Prize of Leadership. People die and levee no descendants thats a fact of life. Tsunade's brother was a kid when He died. How many Senju like Him died in battle as kids never to know a woman.

Almost all the original signers of the constitution still have extended families today. There are presidents and common folk who could trace their ancestry back hundreds of years. Many people still make it a point to keep their blood lines pure. No need to be ignorant anymore:? we have the internet these days ya know.:hug:

Sorry but DNA studies have ben done here in the USA and the world. George Washington had just one English living descendant in England a Lord Name Samuel died in 1958 His body was tested in 1990 for DNA for Relationship to Washington He died with no children to keep the line going. Same thing has ben done with people who claim that Jessie James was their ancestor.
