The Raiton armor on bee

Ok, its obvious the raiton armor can be taught, 3rd rai to the 4th, and ima guess its the same for the 1st 2, why dont he teaches bee the raiton armor, Bee knows lightning style so it will work on him, imagine it, Raiton 8tail mode V2. he would be able to beat madara already. tehe

It's odd not to teach it to Killer Bee considering the speed and defensive increase that accompanies it. The 8 Tails chakra cloak gives Killer Bee a big bump in terms of power and likely defense, but not speed.
