Description: After performing a small sequence of hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Im not interupting your first jutsu and i do this before you can hit me with the bolt of lightning from below...

(Doton: Yomi Numa) - Earth Style: Swamp of the Underworld

Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique creates a swamp beneath the target (relative to them) that immobilizes them. If the swamp is made deep enough it will kill the target. The size of the swamp is proportioned to the amount of chakra of the user.

as your beneath the ground, your already trapped by the stick quality of the tar and unable to move, Seeing as my Chakra amount is equal to a bijuu's, this covers a very wide range on all sides of you, and is very deep. drowning you in tar before you arise,

I finish by using,

(Katon: Bakuhatsu Enhogan) ? Fire Style: Exploding Flame Shots

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from their body. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.

Which is focussed around me while i finish using my fish technique... and your 3 fire bombs would exactly ignite the swamp as muds not flamable... it would just re harded the mud to rock like heat usually does... but as i come out of the ground my lightning armour finishes... and i make 4 clones:

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Note: you cant just use your swamp as i go underground, but you have to wait until im in the ground and by that time ive began to move, can you tell me why you have the chakra of a bijuu...

After Coming to an Agreement, The Pervy Sage has given up.

-Argument-
Chidori Nagashi wouldn't be able to work on the Tar. It would move some of it outta the way, but due to gravity, Pervy Sage would only Sink Deeper. Killing Himself.
